The house was incredible, lots of space, beautifully decorated and with large grounds including a tennis court. The host, Gerry, was helpful and communicative before our stay. Mike, the property manager, checked us in and was available for any questions we had. He also set up a cable for us to plug in the mechanical bull we had organised during our stay. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented. Please avoid Hotels, com are fantastic, had countless enjoyable experiences when booking with them. This...
