Charming country house in traditional Mallorcan style, perfectly combining a rustic exterior with a modern, functional, and bright interior. The property features a private swimming pool and is designed on a single level, ensuring easy access and comfort throughout the stay.

Inside, the house offers a cozy living-dining area with hot and cold air conditioning, integrated with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. From here, you have direct access to the outdoor terrace, creating an ideal space to enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

The house has two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both share a fully equipped bathroom with a spacious shower. Air conditioning (hot/cold) is available in the living room and bedrooms (included in the price during scheduled hours; usage outside these hours will be charged in cash on site by the owner).

The property is also equipped with Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, CD player, DVD player, dishwasher, two fans, safe, hairdryer, 4 sun loungers, a baby cot, and a high chair.

Outside, guests can relax on the covered porch facing the pool, enjoy the lawn garden, or make use of the barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dining in a private setting.

The finca is located just a few minutes’ drive from Felanitx, an authentic Mallorcan town full of charm, known for its weekly market, local wineries, and a wide range of restaurants, cafés, and shops. In the opposite direction lies Porreres, another picturesque village with a strong agricultural tradition that preserves the island’s rural essence.

Thanks to its location in the south of Mallorca, some of the island’s most spectacular beaches and coves can be reached within 15 to 30 minutes by car. Highlights include Porto Colom, with its charming natural harbor; Cala Llombards and Cala Santanyí, ideal for enjoying crystal-clear waters; as well as Cala Figuera, a picturesque fishing village full of character.

Nearby you will also find the Mondragó Natural Park, a protected area of outstanding beauty with unspoiled coves and scenic walking trails. For those seeking long white sandy beaches, Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita, and Colònia de Sant Jordi stand out for their natural surroundings and turquoise waters.
