Finca "Llum" is a very nice house within walking distance (600mts) from the sports center Rafal Nadal and Rafa Nadal Museum Xperience.

This holiday house is distributed in Hall, a living room with a beautiful views to Manacor, with comfortable two-seater sofas and armchairs, and TV SAT equipped, in the fully equipped kitchen is another living area and large dining table with second TV.

In total there are four bedrooms, the main suite with a en suite bathroom with tub and separate shower, the others bedrooms with two separate single beds and a second bathroom with tub.

The whole house is equipped with air conditioning hot / cold, wi-fi internet, alarm system with external video cameras (use it is optional).

In the exterior of the finca, is a chill out area with beautiful garden and a saltwater pool, very nice to relax by the pool under the awning. Very well furnished. Playground with trampoline, basketball hoop, football goal and swing. Several terraces with garden furniture. An exterior bathroom with hydromassage shower.

The finca is located in a rural setting, but close to the village of Manacor, less than 5-minute driving and offers many shops.

Only 15 minutes driving from the house is Porto Cristo, where there is a beautiful beach, also other very recommendable beach Cala Mandia, 12 minutes driving from the house.
