Adventure out a little further and you will be in the center of Downtown Fayetteville to enjoy our entertainment district, historic square, and many shops and eateries. When you walk in our home you will find our open concept living room, kitchen, and dining space that creates the perfect space for memorable gatherings. The living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, along with plush seating, large windows, and eclectic decor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to make a meal or just a good cup of coffee. Downstairs, there is an additional living space with seating and a Smart TV.



Outside, take in the fresh air from one of our 3 outdoor patios. The lower patio is furnished with cozy seating, the back patio has beautiful stonework and a grill, or the balcony off of the primary bedroom.



When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four private bedrooms:

(1) The primary bedroom is upstairs and features a King size bed, Smart TV, en suite bathroom, desk space, and access to the balcony.

(2) The second bedroom is upstairs and features a Queen size bed, Smart TV, and a nearby bathroom.

(3) The third bedroom is downstairs and features a Queen size bed, Smart TV, and a nearby bathroom.

(4) The fourth bedroom is downstairs and features a Queen size bed, Smart TV, and a nearby bathroom.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Other Things to Note:

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
