Overall a good stay, but bed was too firm. Woke up with a sore back daily. Requested housekeeping every other day and never got it. Had to takeout my own trash, ask for towels etc.

2 bugs are in one of the rooms! I can't stay in the room and the hotel don't have room to accommodate me and my guest. I ordered a suite with 2 bedrooms. The hotel can only provide me with a room with a bed and a cot. I'm old and we're not sleeping on a cot.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and very helpful. The pool was great and our kids loved it. The beds were soft and comfortable and the rooms very cozy. Recommended.

It was a very nice place but there were a lot of very noisy kids the weekend I was there with my family and they were pretty obnoxious..

We loved the location! Centrally located to so many places. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was delicious and well kept. The pool and hot tub could have been a little cleaner.

Pool closed
Went for a softball tournament. Unfortunately, apparently there was a roof leak and they had to close the pool area. This was disappointing because the girls look forward to hanging/swimming in pool area. Would be great to receive some kind of partial refund, only because this was one of the reason we stayed at this hotel.

Has what you need for a short stay
The location is easy to find, the pool and hot tub were out of service when we stayed the weekend but the breakfast made up for it.

Disappointed hot tub & pool not working
I booked this hotel for a night away because i always enjoy staying here. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were not in working order which was the main reason for booking here, so that was disappointing. Other than that i enjoyed my stay. Next time i will call before booking to make sure the facilities are in working order

Pool area down for maintenance. Receptionist stated upon arrival that it was made clear here on Expedia that the area was closed. I still see it offered. Would definitely have booked elsewhere had we been aware.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful, the location, staff, pool, whirlpool, especially the breakfast we were expecting like toast and bagels but they had so many options, and a couple things were different each day... Comfort will def be our hotel of choice going forward

Amazing Stay
The front desk staff was phenomenal. I had come to town for a memorial service, and while there my brother was one that lost power. The hotel was amazing letting me have extra towels so they could shower and wash baby bottles. Everyone at the desk was super helpful and always asked if there was anything else they could do. We were so thankful for the abundance of towels so they could shower. The property is super clean and even with all the line guys there it was quiet. Definitely my new go-to when I travel back there!!

Ok for the money
Stopped overnight passing through. Hot tub was nice after a long day of driving. No eggs in morning due to equipment malfunction. Bummer.

Very nice
This is a nice hotel with a confusing design. When you are waiting for the elevator downstairs, for example, you might get slammed into by a doorway that's very close to the elevator entrance. They have some other weird layout issues. BUT: The staff was super nice, friendly, but not overly so. The rooms were very clean and I'm particular about that. The pool hours were excellent. Breakfast was very nice (although, due to the design of the room, it was hard to manuever around).

everyone on staff was pleasant and helpful. the room was clean and comfortable. the only thing is that the pull-out mattress was old and uncomfortable. there were 3 of us in a suite, so one of us had a bit of a hard time getting confortable. the breakfast was good and the person stocking/ running it was very good and keep it well-stocked. He was very pleasant as well. We really enjoyed our stay
