The Town and Beach Motel was our home for only one night, but it's a gem, clean, convenient, affordable, excellent parking, close to dining and shopping and still has its vintage features, including paneling in the room and vintage tile in the (spotless) bathroom. Plenty of towels and pillows and the mattress felt new, maybe a little too new, haha, it was very firm. The owner is super helpful and welcoming, and the landscaping is lovely. Rooms have window A/C units which cooled it nicely and quietly. I have zero plans to visit Cape Cod again (in fact, I'm going to actively avoid it, but that has nothing to do with the hotel, haha), but to those who do, if you're in Falmouth, check out the spotless, affordable and convenient Town and Beach Motel.

It was close to shops and restaurants. Grout in shower needs a good scrubbing but otherwise clean. Beds and bedding were very nice. I would have liked a coffeemaker in the room. All in all a good place to stay at very reasonable rate.

Unfortunately there was no hair dryer, Kleenex tissue or a clock the room. Staff was very friendly. Centrally located with many shops and restaurants to walk to.

The town & beach motel was very clean but also very outdated. Which would be fine except it still seemed expensive for what was provided. But it’s a great location so I think that’s what you’re paying for. It’s right on Main St with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

The room was paneled in knotty pine, very cute and quaint, and also clean and comfortable. We loved the walkable location, which made exploring the town so easy. The staff was extremely accommodating, and all in all, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Great Family Motel
Visited Falmouth for the Falmouth Road Race and mini vacation. Perfect location for walking to Main Street for shopping, browsing, and the eateries. Minutes away from beach. The hospitality by the owner and workers were great. Will definitely stay there again.

The location was great! The motel itself was clean and felt like home. One of the cutest towns. The motel is very close to a lot of restaurants and shops. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. It's also very close to the Ferry dock that takes you to Martha's Vinyard. We will definitely be staying here again.

BEST of Falmouth
This is a great motel. Location is the best, not in the center of town, but a block off the busy central area, which makes access perfect and out of the fray of tourism. The owner is the best. This is unpretentious, comfort and value for the night!

Mixed feelings
We rented four rooms for ourselves and our wedding party. The rooms were clean. The grounds are clean and well decorated with beautiful flowers. They even worked with us with our credit card issues. Staff was super nice to work with. Beds area very comfy too. We were not happy that our AC was turned off each time we would come back after the rooms were cleaned. That our personal belongings were thrown away by housekeeping staff (deodorant, shampoo and food). And sitting outside, we were told we needed to quiet down before 10:00pm. For a short stay, it was a nice room. Plumbing hardware could be updated, but overall it’s a cute place. We do not feel it was worth the cost per night though. No Continental breakfast. Parking is tight. No dressers in the rooms. But, you’re paying for a room on the Cape. We’d go back again in a pinch. But not out first choice.
