« Séjour très agréable. Bon accueil. Belle chambre, salle de bain au top. Petit cadeau de bienvenue ( bouteille) welcome drink, café, thé dans la chambre, robe de chambre. Literie au top Ascenseur en panne pendant les 2 jours. Notre chambre ( au 4e) donnait à côté des escaliers de secours, seul moyen d'atteindre les chambres. Nous avions le sentiment que des troupeaux de boeufs montaient l'escalier, c'était très bruyant. Le dernier jour, du personnel nous a descendu nos 4 lourdes valises »

« Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

« First thing, before arriving sent a email to them about that I will need the bed and sofa-bed ready; because I will be traveling with my daughter and not with my wife. Check in pretty fast, got in the room and the sofa - bed was not ready, went to the front desk and talked with a Hispanic guy, short guy and has a long hair, I didn’t ask his name, and he told me that I DO HAVE TO SET UP THE SOFA BED, he is going to send to the room pillows, sheets, etc. Go back to my room to set up the sofabed....
