The Space:
Welcome to our tranquil retreat in beautiful Western North Carolina, right outside Asheville. Our charming home is nestled in the midst of the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Today, the Grove Park Inn is still one of the most iconic hotels in the South, known for its beautiful architecture, luxurious accommodations, and stunning mountain views.
We named our home after a special place my husband and I hold dear to our hearts. Grove Park Inn is a historic resort hotel located in Asheville, North Carolina. The hotel was built in 1913 by Edwin Wiley Grove. Grove hired architect Fred L. Seely to incorporate many of the natural features of the surrounding landscape, including large boulders and sunset views over the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Our space is perfect for families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The home features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and 6 bedrooms with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh cotton towels, a hair dryer, and all the essentials you'll need for your stay. You'll also have access to Wi-Fi and a TV with streaming services for your entertainment.
Our location offers easy access to hiking trails, scenic drives, and local attractions, including the iconic Biltmore Estate. We are also just a short drive from the vibrant downtown of Asheville. If you're looking for a more laid-back experience, take a stroll through the charming town Fairview or relax on the serene and spacious back deck.

As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting living area with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light. The living room features a large TV with streaming services and other entertainment options.
Next, you'll move into the kitchen, fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, cookware, and dishes to prepare and enjoy meals while on vacation. A dining area with table and chairs seating for 12 for your group to gather around.
Moving further into the home, you'll come across the bedrooms, each of which may feature a comfortable bed with fresh linens, pillows, and blankets. The bedrooms also include storage options like dressers and closets, as well as additional seating areas or workspaces.
Upstairs we offer a child-friendly space. As you enter the room, you'll immediately notice the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The room is flooded with natural light during the day, and the blinds can be drawn to create a darker and more soothing atmosphere during nap times. You'll find a beautiful wooden crib that's been carefully selected to provide a safe and comfortable place for the baby to sleep. The crib is adorned with soft bedding that's gentle on the baby's delicate skin, and a plush, supportive mattress that will help the baby sleep soundly through the night. We also have included a sturdy changing table that parents need to take care of their little one.
Each bathroom in the home will be stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and other essentials you'll need for your stay.
As you move outside, you'll find a ton of comfortable outdoor seating areas, where you can enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views. The space also includes a brand new propane grill near our large sturdy outdoor dining table perfect for hosting dinner parties or enjoying a meal with friends and family. Relax by the firepit, rest in the hammock, or soak in our luxurious hot tub. Overall, our outdoor area is the perfect place to relax, entertain, and enjoy the beautiful outdoors, with all the amenities you need for an unforgettable experience.
Around the home you will find our epic game room. As you enter the game room, you'll immediately be struck by the fun and energetic atmosphere. The room is designed to be a place where people of all ages can come to relax and have a good time, and the decor and amenities reflect that goal.
Next to the pool table, we have darts, and a huge connect 4 game along with a massive Jenga set. On the opposite wall of the room, you'll find a collection of board games and puzzles and a basketball hoop game. Beside this, we have a ping pong table. The games range from classic favorites to more modern games that are perfect for a group of friends or family to enjoy together.
Our game room is a place where people can come to relax, have fun, and make lasting memories together.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the kitchen. The outdoor areas, such as the patio, balcony, or yard, are also available for guest use. Please note that our game room its own private entrance from outdoors.
Guests will be provided with a unique access code for the front door, which will be valid for the duration of their stay. This ensures maximum security and privacy during your visit.
Inside the home, guests will find everything they need to enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay, including fresh linens, towels, and toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and dishes, so guests can prepare and enjoy meals at their leisure.

House Rules (All Guests agree to Abide by our Updated House Rules upon booking The Grove Park Lodge
- We do NOT allow parties.
- We ask that guests are mindful of the neighboring homes and honor our Quiet Hours starting at 10:00 pm.
- No music outdoors.
- Guest booking MUST be 25 years old or older.
- No smoking allowed. Please go off property if you intend to smoke, and dispose of cigarette buts accordingly. Any trace of smoking found, of any kind, will result in an additional cleaning fee.
- Pet policy: We are pet friendly, however we ask for approval at the time of booking. We allow up to 2 house trained pets for a one time pet fee of $125/per pet, per stay.
Please supervise your pets outdoors. Please DO NOT allow pets on the furniture or bedding. Kindly do not use our linens for your fur animals. Please bring your own crate, bedding, and leash from home. We have a dog water / feeding station at the home for your pet use. Thank you for your cooperation to continue to allow us to make our home pet-friendly.

Getting Around:
If you have your own car, you can easily explore the surrounding areas and attractions, such as the Blue Ridge Parkway and Biltmore Estate. There are also several car rental companies located in Asheville, which is about a 20-minute drive from Fairview.
Alternatively, there are some public transportation options available, such as the Asheville Redefines Transit (ART) bus system, which provides service in the Asheville area. However, the service is more limited in the surrounding areas.
Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also available in the area, but again, the options may be more limited in Fairview compared to Asheville.
Finding the home*** After you turn right onto Bishop Cove Rd, continue straight until you see the trash cans on the left and the pavement turns to gravel, keep driving straight, you will come to a sign that has "The Grove Park Lodge" on it, follow it through to the fork in the road. Drive through there and continue, you will pass an army tank vehicle, then the house is on your next right! Please note that RV's are not permitted at this property.
