« My husband, knowing how much we both love the Cotswolds, booked this cottage as a last-minute surprise, to wrap up our trip to the UK, to celebrate my birthday. What an absolute delight to spend an evening at Sunnybank Cottage. I was smitten from the moment we walked in. Beautifully appointed, wonderful location, and an absolute highlight in a busy agenda. I so wish we would have had more time to linger. I spent about 10 minutes just gazing across the picturesque landscape. It was a perfect...

« Location was perfect. Just off the high street so loads of pubs and eateries very nearby. House was a great size for us. 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and open plan living dining and kitchen area. Parking for 3 cars just outside the front door. »

« Our group of friends had the best time here! Big communal spaces, BBQ, incredible hot tub with views across the lake and the perfect location for getting to other activities. We'll be staying again. »

« Beautiful character property, very in keeping with the gorgeous town it’s situated in. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how close it is to the town, the little sunny yard, the lovely bedroom in the eaves and how comfortable the beds are. Malmsbury itself is a lovely town with local shops and eateries, and we did a long walk on the Saturday, following a route from a book at the house. Highly recommend »

« ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We've stayed here several times now and keep coming back, which says it all really! The house is always spotlessly clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with stunning views over the lake that we never get tired of. One of the biggest draws for us is the fantastic facilities on the estate – the pools, spa, restaurant and beautiful walks around the lakes all make for a really...

« Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again. »

We also really enjoyed the area, it had everything you would need and was very central / easy to reach popular Cotswolds villages. Hosts were also so wonderful to communicate with! 5 star stay. »
