« Checking in at early morning hours is a joke. They lock you outside and talk to you on a phone only to tell you they can’t find your itinerary number which is on your receipt they can’t find it in their system. Makes you wait outside at 2am until you find the 2nd receipt number only for you to have to call them again on the phone and be told she’s pumping for her “kid” in the NICU and you’re going to have to wait some more. Lady sounded like she was heavily intoxicated and in the clouds...

« Dirty room, broken loud bed, sunken in room floor which makes the bed creak and echo in room, broken elevator- disabled walked 3 flights to room, construction in community areas, breakfast out in open of construction- dust and dirt everywhere, price was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR STAY, ROOM, AND BUILDING!! »

« Door lock was broken. Door didn't fit properly. You could see straight through around the door when closed. Rooms were dirty. Breakfast was pretty much nothing. Pull out bed was unusable due to the mattress being so gross and old. Definitely not what i expect to get for an almoat $200 room. »

« La piscine est fermée pour la saison. Nous avons choisi cet endroit justement pour la piscine. L'employé a simplement dit "désolé". On ne nous a rien offert en dédomagement. La sécheuse a linge ne fonctionnait pas. Rien n'indiquait qu'elle était brisée. On l'a su après avoir lavé notre linge. Le même employé m'a répondu " désolé". Tout notre linge était mouillé....on s'est rendu dans un lavoir à nos frais. Le service n'est pas très fort. Par contre c'est propre. »

« Terrible. There was no sign outside and as soon as I walked in the building, it smelled terrible! I cancelled my reservation immediately and when I tried to get my money back from the insurance company they asked me for documents that I do not have so I did not get my money back. Never using Expedia ever again to book anything. »

« I booked and paid for 2 queen beds and arrived at 315p, right at check in and was told the reservation was for a king, upon showing my confirmation email thru Expedia, the front desk person never checked to validate it. Gave me a king which wasn’t what I paid for and never once apologized, instead became argumentative saying they were booked a month plus out like I didn’t book a room. I will never stay here again. Need to train staff on how to say I’m sorry for the inconvenience. »

« The rooms was nasty the beds wasn’t fit to sleep in and the place was just nasty!!! I would not recommend staying here ! It was my first and last time !!! The only good thing was the lady at the front desk was nice ! »

« We were sent to the top floor. Around 4am the ceiling began to leak and got our belongings wet. I went to the front desk to report the situation, I was only offered to switch to the room across the hall. And forced to make multiple trips up and down the elevator because the receptionist wanted the other room key back. The manager refused to make the situation right by doing a discount for the major inconvenience. We were never able to get back to sleep after all of the shuffling in the middle of...

« The staff was friendly. The room and bedding smelled musty and some of the towels were stained/discolored. Hotel was quiet and not very full during our stay so parking was plentiful. »
