Chambre spacieuse mais sale, taches sur le canapé. Pas de draps dans la chambre pour l’utilisation du lit complémentaire malgré une réservation pour 4 personnes. Toutes les machines à glace HS. Service petit déjeuner limité. Très décevant

It’s a cheap looking hotel with not so cheap price. The washroom was not properly cleaned. Not properly stocked toiletries. The breakfast was meh. Overall I got a feel that the management is cheap and not aiming for a good serve. With a lot of options nearby, I am trying another place next time

The bed in our room had bed bugs and when I told the front desk all they said was “I’m sorry to hear that”. They didn’t offer any compensation or any solution. I called headquarters they said I would hear back in a week. Still waiting.

Our stay was ok. The desk attendants were helpful and readily available. Breakfast was decent but more variety would have been nice. Location is convenient to interstates and stores. The hotel itself needs some work. The carpet in our room was sticky and the surfaces hadn’t been dusted. Room seemed dark. The bedspread had bleach stains and one of the curtains was missing a hook. The phone did not work. The grounds were unkept. Parking lot was inconvenient and needs more lighting. Overall it was just ok. Next time I’m in Dayton I’ll pass on this hotel.

My room was very dirty. There were brown stains on the white bedding, the furniture specifically the chair and the shower was disgusting. I didn’t even feel comfortable staying here returned the keys immediately and booked a room elsewhere. Poor housekeeping… bathroom had women’s hair on floor and shower wall. A lot of dust and furniture not cleaned. Controls on remote control didn’t work. Staff weren’t most customer service friendly and on personal cell phone calls.

We really struggled with our stay here. There were dozens of these tiny ants in our room, and on the food in the breakfast area. When we let the folks at the front desk know, the manager on staff was apologetic, kind, understanding, and offered to buy us breakfast elsewhere. But said because we booked through Expedia, we couldn’t get any sort of discount or anything. I have two teenage boys and love that free breakfast was included at this hotel. I booked there because it was close to our destination and breakfast there was included. But our stay there was three days long, and so we were really discouraged after this happened the first day, and needed to go out on our own dime the second and third days. While I was packing us up, I needed to shake out our clothes and our luggage because ants had gotten into everything. I grabbed two plastic bags from the closet for laundry and sealed up our clothes just in case, so we wouldn’t bring any ants home. But some hitchhiked all the way back to Michigan anyhow. Hopefully they don’t become a permanent infestation here. It was a challenging trip for me as a single parent, so I didn’t have the steam to make another hotel reservation, and my kids are neurodivergent and struggle with change.

This was an average hotel. We got what we paid for. Stayed three nights, and not once did they clean the room. Even after I asked the gal who was cleaning another room. Room was clean, but ants in the bathroom was a put off.

Sink had the paint peeling off of it, the paint on the doors in our room was coming off. The worst thing was our neighbors DOGS that BARKED for 2 hours before i complained. After that they would bark for long period of times throughout our stay.

They gave me a room without a working toilet. When I asked for a different room they could not offer one handed me a plunger and said they had no maintenance people. When I said this was unacceptable and I would need a refund they said the only one who could give it was the manager who when speaking to Expedia refused and hung up on them. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you just want to donate your money to an unethical business..I am still waiting for a refund.

The room needed more cleaning. My toilet was disgusting. It looked like someone just used it. It was a bug on the pillow dead. A moving bug on the bed. Other dead bugs around the room. I would never go back to the hotel. The staff was very polite!! However, the rooms need a lot more cleaning and something has to be done about the bugs.
