This immaculately detailed house is the perfect getaway with friends or family. Each room has been meticulously designed and decorated with comfort and peacefulness in mind. Boasting 4 bedrooms, including a children`s room with bunk beds, and 3 full bathrooms, this home has more than enough room for your entire group! Looking out the big bay windows in the living room, you will see the University of Fairbanks during the day, and Northern Lights at night!

Upon arrival to this gorgeous home in the hills of Fairbanks, you will pull in to see a magnificent view of Fairbanks. The front door opens up into a hand painted, Alaskan themed entryway with a hand made bench to kick off your shoes. Once you`re inside, there is a queen sized bedroom called the `Moose Room` which is themed after Alaska`s most well known animal! Then, the `Wolf Pup` bedroom features a bunk bed that has 3 twin beds for your little pups to rest soundly at night. This floor also features a full sized bathroom, and a laundry room with a full sized washer/dryer.

Heading upstairs, you will enter into the grand living room with big bay windows to view the northern lights at night, and the University of Fairbanks during the day! This floor also features a dining room, full sized kitchen, and a balcony deck with outdoor furniture to enjoy some peace and quiet! Turning to the other half of this floor, you will find the master bedroom named, `The Bear Den` which has a King sized bed, full sized closet, and private full sized bathroom! Down the hallway you will find another full sized bathroom, and a queen sized bedroom called `The Salmon Room`.

This home also has a finished basement with a second, full sized living room with a TV and board games to keep everyone entertained!

Most of the artwork within the walls of this house were painted by the homeowner, who is an extremely talented artist who has a passion for creating a comforting, eye-catching space. Be sure to admire all of her artwork throughout the home! Don`t forget to take a photo in front of the moose antler mirror to share with your friends back home!

The entirety of this home is yours to use, except for the garage. The garage is not accessible to guests along with two rooms in the basement that are the boiler room, and maintenance closet. Please do not attempt access to these spaces.

Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected.

***For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 91-180 nights would be $1000, 181-270 nights would be $1250, and 271-364 nights would be $1500***

For reservations longer than 29 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.

It is recommended that guests have travelers insurance for the duration of their stay.

-Damages will be incurred if found that there has been smoking
-This home is NOT 420 friendly; so the use of marijuana or any other drugs is strictly prohibited

Quiet Hours are from 9pm to 8am. No more than the authorized # of guests at the house during quiet hours.

No disruptive events or parties. Airbnb guidelines state that if a guest is reported for a disruptive party or violating Airbnb`s party and events policy, they may be subject to suspension or removal from the Airbnb Platform. In addition, the host may also ask that you vacate the property and no refund will be given.


Fee schedule for violating house rules:
-Unauthorized late check-out: $50 immediately, $50 for every 30 minutes after checkout (i.e. +$100 at 30 min after checkout, $150 at an hour after checkout).
-NO SMOKING of any kind in the home or on the premises of the home (this includes the back yard and driveway) $400
-Unauthorized Parties or events: $250
-Unauthorized pets (this means any pet that is not a documented service animal) $350
-Additional guests beyond what was approved when booking: $35 per guest, per day
-Deep clean fee, if required (i.e. vomit, carpet stain, bodily fluids, or excessive trash, etc.): $150-$350
-Broken/damage items: charged at replacement value
