« Located in a quiet, yet very close to all life necessities, this clean property is a great find. The owner is an excellent communicator. Besides sending us all necessary info before our arrival, he checked in on us during our stay. The king mattress was very firm, as we like it. There were extra pillows, blankets, portable fan in the apartment. We took advantage of the coin operated community washers an dryers in the basement. »

« Checking in was super easy and Martha is just the nicest person. We actually got locked out and she let us in no problem. The rooms are cozy, the kitchen has all the gadgets we needed. The decor was great! Theres a polar bear coming out of the wall! We had an amazing trip! Thank you! »

« This treehouse was a wonderful stay. The check-in was easy, just a code for the door. Made it very easy when my plane landed at 0200 and an exhausted traveler just wanted to sleep. The house was warm and welcoming. Spacious enough for me. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked. The host was very responsive to my questions. I would definitely stay here again. »

« The place was clean. Had issue with wifi which he fixed. My only recommendation is that a tv be added to master bedroom. Host was very responsive. Kitchen and bathroom had what you needed and it was a quiet neighborhood. Checkin was easy »

« Great location, easy check in, even with arriving at 1am. The apartment is well supplied, has everything you need for a multi day stay. The owner was very kind and responsive. It is a basement apartment so can hear the tenants above and the boiler for the building but it wasn’t a problem-just something to be aware of if you are sensitive to noise. We will definitely stay here again. »

« Loved the layout of the house and the oversized bathtub, although it takes time to fill it. My kids loved the couch too. The neighborhood is charming and my son loves watching planes land and takeoff. One pilot even invited him to touch his plane and feel it. Very cool. We felt at home here. Wish it hadn't been raining so we could have enjoyed the hot tub more. »

« Believe the photos! The house truly is this beautiful! There were four in our party; the living area was plenty big enough and very comfortable for us to relax and watch a movie after being out all day. The kitchen was also big enough for us to move around without getting in each other’s way to make something to eat, make coffee, fix a snack, etc.The bedrooms were big, too. Big closets, extra blankets and pillows, and TVs in each room. All bedrooms had queen beds and you could move around...

« The house exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well appointed and well stocked with coffee, toiletries and paper goods. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting relatives. The host Bob was very nice and responsive to all questions. We would definitely stay here again. »

"I came back to this hotel because the first time I stayed here, the service was good. This time, however, it was a disaster. I had specifically requested a quiet room with a nice view when I made my reservation. Instead, I was given a room overlooking black rooftops and noisy air conditioning units—absolutely terrible. From room 205, starting from the very first night, I could hear the noise from the plumbing… On top of that, when I asked about the airport shuttle schedule, the answers I received were completely off-topic. The staff member who checked me in seemed totally clueless. In the end, I didn’t even stay for the last night I had paid for. The Wedgewood Resort in Fairbanks is a much better option, even if it’s not as close to downtown. The small downtown area itself is charming, with several international restaurants to choose from."
