We do not currently offer a continental breakfast, however some tour groups have a built in "grab and go". This is why the front desk associate asked for your room number to verify if it was part of a tour. We do have a shuttle service for our property, however it has been changed to "based on availability". This has been updated on all of our sites to ensure our guests are kept up to date on this change. When we do not have a shuttle driver, our sister hotel does help us transporting our guests. I will speak with the front desk associate you're referring to so I can ensure this type of behavior does not occur again in the future. Again, I am sorry to hear you did not have a pleasant experience with us and I do hope you will give us another chance to serve you again in the future, safe travels.
