Hôtel bien situé
Hôtel situé au centre ville. La réceptionniste gentille et très avenante pour donner des conseils sur les choses à faire à Fairbanks. Les chambres et la toilette ne sont pas très grandes mais c'est très propre.

Rooms and showers are smaller than expected. Bed is comfortable. Parking next to hotel always full. They do have an assigned lot but it’s kinda far from the hotel and sketchy.

The bedroom they assigned was dirty when I get in, then need to change for another one. The first staff who attended me was like upset because they didn’t know it was dirty. Poor customer service.

Staff was nice. Room was old and run down. Damaged walls and paint. Large photos were missing off of the walls, when I told the staff I was told it was becuase the room had been renovated. The only sign of renovation was the furniture was newer. The rest of the room needs major attention

Room rate was very good. It worked for us because we wanted to spend more for the tours and activities. Location was very convenient to many restaurants and coffee shops. Free airport shuttle pick up was a nice amenity. Cleanliness can be improved… the bed skirt on one of the beds had a visible stain… should be replaced. The refrigerator did not really get cold… may need more Freon. One of the reception clerks can use a bit of customer service training. We asked for recommendations on Northern Lights tour and she simply responded, “I don’t know, I only work here.”… very dismissive. Thankfully, the airport shuttle driver handed us a few brochures from the display stand.

Staff were very friendly & helpful! Room was tidy & clean, within walking distance to restaurants. This hotel offers a free shuttle service to/from the airport which was very convenient too! Would definitely stay here again.

We came into town to do some Aurora watching and the Bridgewater was our base for 4 nights. Glad we chose it. Plenty to do in the area during the day. Lots of eating options all in walking distance. Easy to take city bus to most attractions. Last but not least easy for any company to pick you up for Aurora watching. Staff was friendly and helpful, room not very big but clean, comfortable and warm (sometimes too warm at night but nothing an open window couldn't fix). My wife and I were very happy we selected the Bridgewater and would recommend this to others.

Not a deal breaker but the walls are thin can hear the TV and conversations in the room next door, floors are squeaky when you walk around the room, you can hear people walking around the floors above and next door, afraid to walk around in the hotel room because floors creek. The hotel itself is okay nothing extraordinary. The room was adequate had the normal amenities but the shower was tiny! Cleanliness was fine and the lobby was neat. Location was close proximity to dining places and right by the veterans bridge that takes you downtown where all the shops are.

The hotel was very clean and I loved the security. The outside door was locked and you had to have your room key to open the door. Then you had to have your room key to enter the elevator. Very secure. The desk staff was helpful but strange. Upon check-in the male was very friendly, checked us in quickly, and scheduled our shuttle for the train depot the next morning. We walked to Salty's next door for dinner and it was delicious. Upon returning to the hotel, we encountered a very drunk patron of the hotel, however, you just had to be there, so I'll leave that part out of this review. : ) We asked a different front desk worker if breakfast was available the next morning. She asked what our room number was and after much typing on the computer her answer was, "Unfortunately, no." ?? What room number did I need to get breakfast? It was a super weird encounter. But the rest of the experience was good, the bed was comfortable and the place was clean! Would recommend.

Before getting to hotel I tried to book shuttle for transportation to airport because it was at 12 am the (girl)women was not nice !!! When we arrived the GM was there very nice put us down for shuttle from sister Hotel keep this in mind when choosing they do not have transportation on site at this hotel they use Sister hotel !!!when we verified our pick up the same women that answered the phone was back at desk and interaction was the worst ,in my whole 10 day stay in Alaska this girl has no business being at front desk!!! what a bad attitude and stink face so, pick up was changed to 11 fast forward at 9 , 2 hours before we are Supposed to leave she calls an says we can’t do 11 but can do 10 our flight does not leave until well after 12 am an I say we have a super long flight ahead of us that won’t really work ,she does not offer to call cab when we are ready or offer any other suggestions just listen I am trying to accommodate you do you want a shuttle at 10 . Not what I would expect customer service to say. We got our own ride :/ Hotel smelled weird Like a rotten cantaloupe in the room and halls there are better hotels just as close in same price range in the area !!! I do not recommend this hotel

We do have a shuttle service for our property, however it has been changed to "based on availability". This has been updated on all of our sites to ensure our guests are kept up to date on this change. When we do not have a shuttle driver, our sister hotel does help us transporting our guests. I will speak with the front desk associate you're referring to so I can ensure this type of behavior does not occur again in the future. It is very unclean and when I brought attention to it to the front desk the seemed to not really care very nonchalant and eventually after going back n forth I finally received a new room which was still unclean. I don’t know if their cleaning person is on leave bc they need a new one.

Nice rooms. Got an upgrade to the suite as they don't have double Queens. Easy access to a lot of downtown foods and museums. Their airport shuttle run on top of the hour. If you arrive when the shuttle is not available, they might be able to get you a Lyft but that depends on Lyft's availability.

We were disappointed by our stay. The room was cramped, dark, and not clean. The floor heater panel was broken and full of filth. I plugged in my smart watch and phone to the charger on the lamp and woke up to realize that they didn't work, so everything was low. Not great when traveling. Don't let the picture of the lobby or bathroom convince you that it has been updated. Disappointed after having stayed in another hotel in Fairbanks for the same price that included an elaborate breakfast and a wonderful friendly atmosphere. Look around.

No bottled water available - was told to go to the store about a half mile away (we had no car) and it was 20 degrees. Minor repair work needed on windows (cold air coming in). The free shuttle was not aailable due to mechanical issues but they called a Lyft for us at no charge.

Front desk was helpful and there every time we went in or out. The shuttle was a great service! The linens and towels were clean. Great location to local restaurants and main hwy. Limited parking.

Zero Heat!!! Windows blew draft a threw and the highest we got the heat the room was 55°F. They need to upgarde the heat or install electric heaters in the room, if we had a baby with us we could not stay there.

We had a pretty rough cold snap hit Fairbanks the past two weeks. I always encourage guests to bring any and all issues up to a front desk associate or myself while they are still on property so that we can correct the issue and ensure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay. Again, thank you for your feedback as it helps us better serve our guest and I do hope you will give us another chance to serve you in the future.

I appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport and train station. Staff were very helpful and even when shuttle wasn't available, they made sure I got where I needed to go on time. Great location downtown. Just needs a paintjob or two in some spots.

No frills, great customer service
After leaving my cell phone on a tour bus that dropped me off at 3am and were closed the entire next day, Ashley and Aleta went above and beyond to help me recover my phone, order a Lyft and provide me with a list of restaurants in the area. They were fantastic. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was too soft for my liking but still comfortable. No frills hotel but excellent customer service. Thanks for all your help!
