When you pull in, you will expect ample space in the driveway to park your vehicle, but you also have full access to the 2 bay attached garage! No worrying about outside temps affecting your travels or vehicle!
This home features a Full kitchen, living room, dining area along with 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, work desk, walk in closet, and attached (private) full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet, desk, & a loft reading nook!
Please note that this house has a guest suite that is also an Airbnb. It is attached through the garage, but has a deadbolt lock between the garage and the guest suite. It also has it's own private entrance, outdoor area, and parking so you won't need to worry about clashing with other guests!
You will have full, private access to the main house, garage, upper deck, and fully fenced in yard area. You are welcome to roam the 4 acre property, that features a U-Pick berry field right out back!
Please do not try to enter the woodshed, fire pit area, or covered space under the deck, as those spaces are reserved for guests in the Aurora Suite.
We do ask you do not attempt to enter any of the out buildings on the property. These are excluded from the Airbnb and are locked.

This home is located on the west side of town, only a 7 minute drive to the widely and highly recommended restaurant- The Pump House!
This neighborhood is plowed by the borough, so access in the winter isn't an issue. Please remember, Alaskan weather can be unexpected and severe. Drive with extreme caution, and go slow. Your safety is of the utmost importance to us!
Please park in the garage, as this will eliminate a lot of vehicle issues that our winters may bring. If you have a vehicle that is not/cannot be parked in the garage, BE SURE to plug your winterized vehicle in via the provided extension cord outside. If you do not plug your vehicle in when we experience freezing temperatures, your vehicle will most likely not start.
***For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 91-180 nights would be $1000, 181-270 nights would be $1250, and 271-364 nights would be $1500***
For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.
NO SMOKING and VAPING indoors! $500 fine will be incurred if there has been smoking or vaping in house.
“NO SHOES” We kindly ask you to remove your shoes while you live in the house. You can store them in the garage to keep it warm.
NO PARTIES No more than the authorized number of guests in the house please.
