« This is a magical place. The cottage is cosy, comfortable and well-equipped and the homemade brownies were very welcome. The orchard setting is a beautifully secluded retreat from city life and we would happily come back here again (for a third visit!) »

« Parts of the house have been nicely decorated, but the lounge is tiny with barely room for 3 people, considering there are 4 double rooms. The Kitchen is really well equipped. The location is central, but the house is situated on a social housing estate. We worried about security/safety but were surprised how quiet it was at night. Some clever photographs make it look more modern than it is. »

« The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. The courtyard garden was unloved and the patio furniture was dirty. The flowerpots outside the front door were full of weeds,...

« This place exceeded my expectations! We had a group of 11 girls staying here and the house was beautiful, spacious and had everything you could ask for. Jonathan was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer questions I had, very promptly and with ease. One of the guests is already looking to book this place again for another event. 100% would recommend. »

« Cottage très agréable, vaste et très bien équipé (il manquait simplement une essoreuse à salade...). Intérieur cosy confortable. Magnifique jardin parfaitement entretenu. Calme assuré, à l'écart des grandes routes. Très bonne situation pour visiter le Norfolk, le Suffolk et le Cambridgeshire sans faire trop de km. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement, un des plus beaux que j'ai connu (l'autre étant à Churchill, dans les Cotswolds). »
