Gardiners Cottage Barn

Gardiners Cottage Barn is a superb two bedroom holiday home located in the quiet village of Braiseworth near Eye, perfectly positioned for exploring the best of the Suffolk countryside. The barn has been beautifully designed and renovated, creating a fantastic space for a maximum of 4 guests to enjoy a short break or holiday with friends and family.

The property has a fabulous layout throughout with an open-plan dining area and sitting room that is flooded with natural light from large windows and French doors that open out onto a beautiful lawned garden.

A well-equipped, shaker-style kitchen with freestanding units is located just off the main living space and benefits from an oven, induction hob, fridge freezer and butler sink. There is a shower room at the bottom of the stairs with a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.

Upstairs there are two stylish and modern bedrooms. Bedroom one features a super king-size bed that can be separated into two singles-please let us know your preferred configuration at the time of booking. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and enjoys beautiful, far-reaching field views.

Outdoor table and chairs, plus a beautiful pond (please note the pond is not for guest use).
