I got to the hotel around 1am. There was no staff at the counter. I called the hotel, knocked on the door, kept saying hello and each time was louder. There was no one there. It took about 20 minutes until a Winamp appeared from the back. Just to get into the room it took 15 minutes longer. I will not stay there again.

This is a hidden Jem. Staff is friendly, plenty of places to eat near and far. Rooms are clean, bathrooms too. Pool is the summer is good too. I will highly recommend.

bed was terrible, dogs barking in the rooms, people getting stoned in the hallways. 3 nights of bad sleep. There are far to many better hotels in the area to ever return here.

Not recommended, but cheap
Rooms were in some state of disrepair (rusty pipes, mildew in the corners of the showers), trash in the hallways, odd scents around (vinegar, smoke, etc). It was in a safe place and I never felt threatened, but I will choose another hotel on my next visit.

Hotel needs improvements
The rooms not good at all. The room was not cleaned needed to go back to front desk They needed to call housekeeping to clean it however the rooms needed more than cleaning There was rusted everywhere bathroom tub needs to be replaced it had stains and missing all the fixtures in it broken rugs should be replaced old and not very clean. The bed was ok. As I waited for housekeeping there were other customers that came to front desk and also complained about the same issues and ask for their return and left the hotel conditions need to improve in the rooms the registration area is nice but it does not reflect this in their rooms Need major updates

I reserved a king several hours before my approval and when I got there there wasn’t a king available. The hotel is old and needs updating and repairs. My door stuck and you have to slam it shut. The bathroom wallpaper was coming off, and several other things.

The staff was great however the property was overrun with unsavory people and in need of a deep cleaning, mold, dirty carpet, burn holes in bedding, broken toilet. I actually checked out and move to another hotel. I have pictures if you would like them.

The area was not the nicest. We found a razor blade in the hallway that we walked down barefoot to the pool. They didn’t have any towels so we had to walk back soaking wet. Definitely could use a bit more upkeep.

Room was filthy and smelled like smoke. The outside door to basement and side entrance were stuck open, very unsafe. I went to do laundry for my sons sports uniform the washing machine was filled with black mold

disappointing
Room clearly had flooded at some point. The bottom 3 inches of the bathroom door were warped/peeling up. Peeling paint and rust on bathroom ceiling. 1 useable electrical outlet- none available near nightstands. Staff seemingly new to check-out procedures. Pictures online are not reflective of current hotel state.
