Chambre ok, déjeuner parfait. La piscine extérieure estok, pas de piscine intérieure.Quartier fantôme, rien aux alentours... Nous vons trouvé un magnifique petit resto "petite italie " à deux pas. On a mangé comme des rois...

Endroit très pratique pour un arrêt sur la route. Le personnel est sympathique, les chambres sont très confortables, de plus le déjeuner est inclus et peut être santé! Le seul point négatif est qu'il y avait de la moisissure au plafond du à un dégât d'eau antérieur mal réparé.

Handicap room was not handicap set up. Shower had rails but toilet was low and had no hand rail for my husband to get up which was very difficult. If we hadn't already paid for the room we would have left.

Came in for a wedding. I came by and they let me check So I wouldn’t have to worry about once the wedding reception was over Bed very comfortable Room was clean Staff was very nice. One more thing lobby bathroom was very clean. Thank you!!

The staff named Jazz is exceptional in giving us all the information and our needs. The hotel is walkable to the bank , Walgreens, McDonald’s, Hardee's , grocery store and rent a car if you need it.I will surely check in here again when I’m in the area. Thank you again Jazz 😀😍♥️♥️♥️

I am so tired of rude desk staff blaming Expedia for reservation problems. I clearly reserved two rooms, I had two reservations and confirmation numbers and the clerk still refused check in. I was on the phone with Expedia well past 11pm trying to resolve this issue and I grow tired of how bad this is becoming. Expedia needs to vet these hotel partners better or train them or remove them from their website.

The water smells like sulfur. Our HVAC unit would stay on only a minute, then shut off for 10 minutes even though the fan was set to stay on. The thermostat on the wall wasn't connected. The breakfast was a little below average.

My mother lives 2 minutes away and I love that I’m very close when I come to visit. The front desk staff Josh (I believe) was very pleasant. He welcomed me and I checked in with no problems.

The hotel was a way stop on a long trip. Taylor, who checked us in. Did an excellent job despite a long line and reservation difficulties. We didn’t use any of the amenities or go to anywhere near the hotel. The room was clean and quiet which was exactly what we needed.

Only local TV stations; NO microwave or mini fridge; thermostat set to automatic so hard to adjust temperature (room too hot or too cold); no clean towels brought to the room (had to ask at front desk), no trash removal. Price too high for such poor amenities that should be standard services. Won't stay there again!

Josh met us at check in. He was very busy, but made time for us. Josh was efficient and very welcoming. He even recommended a couple of dining options for us as well. The room was nice and spacious, very eco friendly and clean.

Not up to Hampton Inn standards!
About the only positive about our 4-day stay was that the coffee was excellent and breakfast never disappoints! The room accommodations were another story. The bed was uncomfortably hard, the pillows literally horrible, the bed covering would be wonderful if our stay had been in January - as it happened, it was mid-September. The air conditioning could not be adjusted to a constant temperature. You either roasted or froze. As for the bathroom, every fixture in it needs to be replaced. The shower doors and toilet paper holder were failing apart from rust and mold; the floor tiles were cracked throughout the room; the air fan did not work, so the steam created by the shower was thick, even though the door was left open. However, the hair dryer worked perfectly! The telephone never worked the entire stay. The front desk claimed a storm took the phones out and by the projected repair, the phones will have been disabled a week!! How is that possible when no other neighboring businesses were without phone service? And if you don’t mind the television going off line every few minutes on popular network channels, well then no problem! This was not our first stay at this particular Hampton Inn. We have stayed there several times but never under these conditions! We will not be booking this facility again.
