Nous devions nous arrêter à Exeter pour la nuit, après avoir pris le ferry puis le train à Plymouth. Nous sommes arriver tard (22h45) et avons connu plusieurs désagréments: d'abord, la réception était fermée (elle était censée être ouverte jusqu'à 23h); ensuite, impossible de contacter qui que ce soit pour avoir les clés de la chambre que nous avions réservée. Finalement, c'est grâce à l'aide de clients de l'hôtel (qui ont fouillé le comptoir) que nous avons pu accéder à notre chambre. Mis à part ce problème d'accueil, l'hôtel en lui même est très bien: chambres spacieuses, éclairées, équipées de très bonnes salles de bain. Nous y retournerons si nous passons a Exeter.

I have stayed in this hotel a number of times. It is very convenient - car park opposite and easy walk into the centre of Exeter. The hotel is a little tired and dated but it is always spotlessly clean an the staff are friendly and helpful.

The property was great in what seemed like a meieval building overlooking the outskirts of Exeter and the countryise beyond. Only thing is the room could have done with a herbal tea option instead of just normal black tea.

We have stayed at Queens Court Several times and are always delighted to be there. Staff are welcoming and helpful. The lift assists with people who can not make stairs. The breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended in being able to walk to the center of Exeter.

Not as good as our first stay.
Pur second stay here, staff are lovely. Felt our room needed a bit of a makeover abd the heating was on full blast nearly all night, making it a very uncomfortable night.

Another great stay at Queens Court Hotel
I have stayed at the Queens Court several times in the past few years and it is a great go-to location if your staying in Exeter. Location is great, just a short walk and your right in the centre of the city. The rooms have always been good, everything you need, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is one of the best, freshly cooked offerings i have had in 30 years and hundreds of hotels. Highly recommended.

Wonderful staff and breakfasts
Although the room was a little tired, it was clean and well appointed. All the staff were first class, friendly and efficient. The breakfasts were excellent and cooked to order. Will certainly stay there again.

Great name as you feel like royalty!!!
The staff at the queen's are amazing they make your stay perfect the room was clean and huge!! The jacuzzi was nice but the shower was amazing!!! The suite it worth the extra! Food was very nice, Looking forward to our next visit

Great stay.
The service was incredibly freindly and attentive. The room we stayed in was good however and really spacious, the mattress was quite hard though so did not get the best nights sleep! But overall very good and would recommend to anyone.

Good value fot the money: however worth noting parking is by pay and display plus although advertised no restaurant facilities at the hotel. Having said this breakfast was excellent and other places to eat are just a short walk.

Ideal base for Exeter uni visit .
Really nice big room , comfy bed, great breakfast and very close to parking and amenities. Perfect for my needs on a 1 night stay while visiting the university which is less than a mile away .

Nice local hotel in great location.
Great location for the city centre and visiting daughter at Uni. Very friendly staff and overall pleasant stay. Rooms recently decorated, but as it’s an old building you expect cracks in the walls and the odd creaky floorboard. The room was clean, but disappointed by mould around the bath and dodgy stains on the carpet. Breakfast nice.

Very close to exeter central station . In a square but very quiet Rooms are nice . Breakfast was ok. Good selection to choose from but didn’t like the fact i had to ask a waiter for coffee/tea , toasts and hot food. In other hotels you help yourself
