Très bon emplacement pour visiter Exeter qui est une ville à vivre. Cet établissement nous offre une bonne table pour les déjeuners. Le service est excellent.

Très bon Hotel et pas loin de exeter. Hotel du style motel aux USA plusieurs bâtiments de petite taille donc pas de sensation d'usine à touristes.

Great value and delicious food. Some of the decor needs updating but looks like a work in progress and overall it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for 1 night.

This was ideally placed for a wedding at Brickhouse Vineyard. Staff were very accommodating as we would be back late and I was too early to book in. Room was perfect for a night, clean crisp linen and hot shower

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and found the room to be comfortable and clean. The hotel has its own bar and restaurant and these shared areas were clean and of a good standard. Full English Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very satisfactory, with good table service. We needed a functional, clean hotel, for one night, at a good price and in the right location and this fulfilled all of our requirements. The room was comfortable, quiet, and warm (on a very cold Winter's day/night), and served our purposes well. We knew that the hotel was located outside of Exeter city on the edge of a small village and means you need to arrive by car. This was ideal for us. It is about 10 minutes from the airport and theoretically 6 minutes from the Exeter Park and Ride at Matford (though at the time of our visit there were roadworks which increased that time somewhat). The hotel is spread out so that the rooms are in blocks separate from the main building which meant that we could conveniently park fairly close to our room but we needed to walk across the carpark to get to the restaurant. Again, this was not a problem for us. We would stay here again.

The hotel was very good value overall. Rooms are are a little tired and could do with new carpets. Comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast included was good value. Useful location if travelling to Cornwall or want a good value stay outside if Exeter. Excellent customer service.

Stayed for business as a stopover. The room itself was clean and nicely laid out, the bed was comfy and I got a good night's sleep. The bar and restaurant felt more like a cafeteria than a bar and restaurant. No cozy sofas or chairs, just tables and chairs. Had a steak but was overcooked and just okay.

The room was dirty, the sink was blocked, towels smelled. Beds very uncomfortable and pillows had seen better days. I would say, just somewhere to rest our heads but considering the pillows and bed…….not ideal and won’t be visiting again.

I arrived by taxi after dealing with a road traffic accident (not my fault!) The staff were sympathetic, helpful - and the Sunday 17th September receptionist - apologies, forgot to take her name - went out of her way to help me with a couple of problems I had. It's a good hotel - plus! Thank you so much - it made a very traumatic weekend much better than it could have been.

Good place at a reasonable price. We stayed just one night, and our late arrival was made simple by the accommodating staff. Breakfast was more than adequate, coffee and tea facilities in room (some decaff tea would be good). Shower powerful with plenty of hot water and spotlessly clean. No aircon, but fan provided 😁 Easy acess from A38. Happily stay again.
