Tres bel hotel moderne et recent. Tres propres et chambre tres confortable et bien insonorisée. Salle a diner au 7e etage tres grande avec superbe vue sur campagne environnante. Cependant, tres loin de toute activite commerciale et touristique.

It took about 20 mins to check in, very nice lady, got up stairs and I had my room on the car park, then when to the restaurant for dinner and tried to orders club sandwich which was on the menu but the lady said no we don’t do them, then ask about the scallops and was lead to believe that it was 4 small scallops but it was one big one cut in 4. So order the chefs salad but it had so much vinaigrette that I couldn’t eat it! Got refund for the food but the room, I was advised to change room but I was already settled and ready to go to bed. Will not use again and will not recommend it!

Property facilities: there should be a pool. Area around the property: attractive and good views, but the paid parking (which was waived for me as it wasn't advertised when I booked) should *never* happen.

Just not enough staff. Waiting to check in for 20 mins. Waiting for food on restaurant for over an hour. The staff that are there are working as hard as they can but there just wasn’t enough of them to cope with the amount of guests.

Lovely manager on check in who was very helpful so I signed up for the Marriot club. Good room, quiet. Nice shower. Unfortunately breakfast was carnage. There were some empty tables but every single one was full of dirty plates and there was a longish queue for food. It was horrible so I walked out. I was denied a refund and told to contact Expedia. Ouch. I hope the next Marriot I visit is a lot better. They have a bigger restaurant area next to the breakfast room but cram too many people into too small a place.

A little remote for Exeter itself but an ok location. Parking is expensive (£12) Breakfast has variety but is not the greatest quality Restaurant for breakfast is unstaffed so you have to help yourself to everything including teas and coffees meaning you have to leave your table a lot
