This location is not bad, the rooms are comfortable and the price is reasonable. But the last few times we’ve stayed here the problems we had were with the cleanliness of the room, the Wi-Fi did not work nor did the TV and never once was there clean towels available in the morning. I normally don’t mind this property but I have to say these past few (4 times) times were a disappointment.

This is the worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. The remote didn’t work, wanted me to come down and get batteries, you should cater to your customer better. I asked for a ground floor and was given a room on 2nd.

My husband and I were coming from Canada taking a road trip through Idaho and Washington State. We were trying to keep things "cheap and cheerful" along the way. Now saying this, we have both stayed in worse places. The staff was reasonably friendly. Never having staying in Motel 6, we were not expecting a lot, but our door looked like it had someone trying to kick it in. The corner was bent enough to give us some pause, and upon getting into bed, some long black hairs had to removed from the sheets. Since we both have quite short hair, we know they were not ours. I have yet to decide if we will ever try one again.

Pleasant and fast check in, and no $100 deposit required as in the past, this time around due to (positive!) change in policies. Clean room, as per previous stays; comfortable bed, good coffee offered in the morning. Fridge and microwave, ground floor access provided, as requested. Easy access to grocery shopping, if necessary. Plenty of area to walk my doggins. All night security person does the rounds and is very pleasant. Will continue to stay here when passing through.

One wall outlet didn't work, and another was hanging off the wall. Room also smelled of cigarettes. Desk lamp didn't work either. Otherwise, room appeared to have been remodeled sometime in past few years. Concrete on 2nd floor walkway looked little sketchy too.

lots of homeless people, someone tried to pry open the adjacent door, I block it with a heavy table that i borrowed, I told the manager but nothing was done , so i left.

The remodeled room was great and accommodating while we had some home renovations done. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is not very safe, with many transient type throughout the property day and night.

The employees at check in are always super friendly. The tv in our room wasn’t working and we asked to change rooms, the staff accommodated without hesitation!

Alex, Front Desk Agent, was AMAZING!!! Very Friendly, Extremely Professional and Intuitively Helpful. Not just with me. But with the guest on the phone when I walked in that was obviously given him some gruff. However, Alex was calm, cool and collective. reassured the former-guest that his refund needs would be expedited. Chatted me up very well and used my name in the end. This, with the next guest too. They broke the mold when they made Alex.
