« This was an older clean property with very nice and helpful staff. The TV works only with the internet, which was down most of the time during my 2 day stay. The toilet rocket, cold water leaked continuously, and the weather stripping around the door was gone. I tried to let staff know, but the two times I walked to the office, the staff was not there. I did not realize they had no elevators and I am disabled. When I checked in, I had a second level room and the staff was very nice and moved me...

« Wow, an amazing trip, the staff was amazing, recommendations perfect. The property is right next to the trolley depot which is convenient for access to the town. The staff, property and everything made this a perfect anniversary trip. We will be back! »

« We loved that the room had its own personality and was very comfortable. We needed our breakfast an hour early and they were happy to accommodate us; it was also delicious! Good coffee, too. Having an assigned parking space was very helpful due to the scarcity of good parking near the walkable downtown area. If we get a chance to visit Eureka Springs again, we would love to stay here again. »

« Exceeded my expectations! The charming log cabin had a hot tub on the back deck, wood burning fireplace, plenty of firewood, pet friendly, hiking trails around lakes within 5 miles, and of course Downtown Eureka Springs less than 10 minutes away! Staff were exceptional! They are environmentally friendly and make it easy to recycle. The room was very clean and the provided coffee was delicious! This was our first visit, but won’t be our last! »
