Looks just as pictured, so well done,updated,very clean! The bedding was SO comfortable. The towels in the bathroom were so thick and soft(when we get home I'm replacing ours). Good location, easy to get to everything we wanted to visit, breweries😉...Cory even set out a very nice welcome basket! Had the biggest selection of teas I had ever seen at a retail, amazing appliances, oh and he is so kind to offer his guests extra toothbrushes,and other toiletries. The place is simply charming! Wow! What a great little space! I stayed for a couple of days while visiting a family member in the area. The unit was impeccably clean. It was a well laid out space and the bed was super comfy. Had a very well stocked little kitchette and had nice high end linens and fluffy crystal white towels. It’s the little things, amirite? But I would be remiss not to specifically mention the **lovely** outside area. Very private and perfect for breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine at night with the soothing fountain bubbling away! 10/10 would recommend!

Stayed here for the Boise State vs U of Oregon game, it was a very convenient location and we were so pleased and impressed with our stay. The fountain in the courtyard is awesome! The place was very clean and lovey. We would definitely stay there again!

This property was an entire 1 bedroom apartment. It was fully furnished including a washer with detergent and a dryer. It was very clean and about 15 minutes from the Eugene OR airport. I would highly recommend this property.

Was so happy and comfortable to experience a place so clean and organized and with a great treat basket. Everything we needed and loved the courtyard . I am super OCD about cleanliness and therefore was put at ease to enjoy the space . The only thing I would change would be to continue the vinyl flooring and get rid of the carpeted area since carpets are such a brewing place for germs . However the carpet seemed quite clean, I am just super conscious of these things. Also was next to a super nice neighborhood for walking the dogs . Everything was great and would definitely return again if needed a place to stay in the Eugene area . 👍👍👏👏

Outstanding Stay - More Like a 5-Star Hotel with Rental Home Benefits
This property may be small, but it offers an experience akin to a 5-star hotel, with all the advantages of a rental home. The attention to detail here is exceptional. The number of thoughtful touches provided by the owners is too numerous to list, but it’s safe to say they have thought of everything. From the convenience of spare toothbrushes to other small yet significant extras, the care put into this rental truly sets it apart from the competition. The way they have utilized the small space is very impressive. The kitchen, for example, is a portable setup that allows you to cook but then move everything out of the way if you need the additional space. The only disadvantage is there is no big eating table, but they do provide trays, which work perfectly fine. The patio was also really nice, and you could eat your food there, as long as the weather supports that. Our dogs certainly enjoyed bathing in the sun and the AC when inside. From a pet perspective, this home worked so well for us. The location was perfect for us. It felt like everything we wanted to visit was just 15 minutes away. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury with the comfort of home, this is it. Highly recommended!

Perfect little hideaway! The location is in a neighborhood that is very quiet. Husband and I enjoyed a walk after dinner. The host had great communication, had extra snacks, coffee, and tea to share. (We added to the snack basket as well). Very low key and extremely comfortable. Wish we had extra time to stay a second day, but loved it!!
