Sheep Mountain 20B is a luxurious 2BR/2BA condo with spectacular views of Marys Lake and the Rocky Mountains. Just a stone's throw away from Marys Lake, it's a quick walk down to the shore for fishing or skipping rocks.
The open living area features an expansive sofa, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat six and everything needed for quick and easy meal prep. The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.
The master suite offers a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious shower and two sinks. The guest bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom with a large jetted bathtub/shower combo.
Enjoy more mountain views from the deck with a private hot tub. With central AC to keep everything cool in the summer and a gas fireplace to keep warm in the winter, this condo is the perfect mountain home away from home!
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, and additional hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

Only complaint I have is the furniture in the living room, not comfortable at all. Everything else was great! They spared no cost on bedding, great beds and linen. Spend a little and get some comfortable furniture. Rocker is awful! the couch is hard and not comfortable and the recliner was not very comfortable at all.

Living room furniture was not comfortable and the picture is not accurate. Sofa was hard with no give whatsoever. Pads on the arms had wood underneath them. Bruised myself. The chair in the pic looks great but it’s not the same one that’s there right now. Bed was great with the exception of the pillow cases that were scratchy. Not enough dishes in the cupboards. Noisy dishwasher!!! Super loud!! Dining room table was a high top. Uncomfortable! Hot tub constantly made noise on the deck. Overall, Sheep Mt. was BAA!

We visited Estes Park to attend a wedding. The condo was just perfect for our stay. We found it very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our needs. Easy check in and out. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We were very comfortable with 4 adults in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked (however some of the pans are ready to be tossed) with plates, glasses, silverware, etc. Nothing was plastic! The king sized beds were very comfortable, which was appreciared after a day of hiking. Elk, mule deer, and chipmunks could be seen from the window. The condo is not in town, but it is nearby. Lovely view of the sunrise coming up over the mountain every morning. We had a very nice time!!

Property has beautiful views of surrounding mountains and close proximity to main strip of Estes Park. Mary’s Lake is steps away, sunrise & sunset is stunning. Wildlife will visit you just outside the deck. However, the building construction of the property is poor. You can hear the upstairs unit guest use the toilet and flush. You think you’re in a public restroom! The walls and ceilings do not provide much privacy, conversations can be heard. Requests for future guests, please replace light builds in guest room bath, only one light bulb working, very hard to see while using. Also the cover of the hot tub is ripped apart & not connected to cover arm. If we did not our husbands to help pull from sliding behind tub, not sure we would have been able to do ourselves. No kitchen dish towels to dry our washed dishes, we used bathroom hand towels. Finally, the sofa is not an additional bed. It’s a trundle style pull out & doesn’t stay in place, it will clasp. Watch your hand, it hurts! Only reason for us to use is there may have been some snoring spouses. 😉

We were looking to stay close to Estes Park and RMNP. Location was great but we definitely had to drive to town. The cleaning crew definitely did a great job! There were several issues that needed to be addressed as part of preventive maintenance. We did not contact the property manager because we didn't want our stay to be interrupted. Cutting knives were dull, light above the stove didn't work, cover for the hottub was broken and we could hear the folks above us, especially every time they used the bathroom (woke us up every time). We checked out a day early and I texted as requested with no return text to acknowledge. We'll come back to the area but not to stay here.

The property and views are better than advertised! We were very comfortable and really pleased with the location. The property is a bit set off from town in a beautiful part of Estes. Can’t recommend this place enough. Just note that it is a tight condo complex so you can hear footsteps overhead and see neighbors close by. It didn’t interfere with our experience at all though. Will be back!

This property was perfect for our family adventure! My husband and I shared it with our daughter and her husband. We spent two days at RMNP. Since we left early in the morning, we enjoyed returning to the condo for a dip in the hot tub after hiking all day. A favorite evening was grilling steaks and eating on the deck. Lovely facility, very tasteful furnishings, great kitchen and very clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Sky Run was very responsive to our questions. The location is quiet and beautiful, yet very close to RMNP and the town of Estes Park. Friendly elk all around the proerty and gorgeous mountain views from the deck. Lovely!

Overall, it was a good stay! The description of the views is a little misleading
although the lake is very close to the property, we could not see the lake from our deck. Also, I’m not sure if it was an oversight or not, but there was only one roll of toilet paper that definitely didn’t last for the entirety of our stay. The ease of the check in and check out process was great and made for a stress free experience. Overall, I would recommend this place for others to stay.

We did have a wonderful stay EXCEPT .....Since we were staying a month we of course wanted a fireplace..our second day there the fireplace glass screen exploded and I was cut with glass that needed stitches. We adised management and advised where urgent care was for stitches, which i did need . I was surprised no follow up call from owner or property manager to check on me or offer any compensation for the lack of the fireplace for the month. I am a VRBO owner so cutomer service is important to me. We always leave a property in excellent condition and there was no vacuum and short of a few kittchen items. for a month stay. Property managers were helpful and there to address the few issues we had during our visit.

This property was exactly as listed. It is super clean, spacious and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. It is only a few minutes away from restaurants and shopping. There are great views from the balcony and the hot tub was definitely a plus. We will definitely be staying here again soon!
