Le Kyle est une belle maison bien entretenue nichée parmi les arbres à Aspen Brook. À quelques pas de la rivière Big Thompson, près de l'entrée du grand parc national des Rocheuses et à quelques minutes du cœur du centre-ville d'Estes Park. Le Kyle est spacieux (3 niveaux), rempli de beaucoup de luxe à la montagne et bien équipé pour un séjour merveilleux à la montagne. Une chambre et un bain privés au rez-de-chaussée, une salle familiale avec une table de billard attenante font de cette maison un plaisir pour toute la famille. La chambre principale et la salle de bain, la grande chambre et la grande terrasse avec vue sur la montagne englobent l'étage principal avec deux grandes chambres supplémentaires et une belle salle de bain à l'étage supérieur. Les propriétaires du Kyle ont pensé à tous les détails et n’ont ménagé aucun effort pour l’ameublement, les appareils électroménagers et tout le confort de la maison!

The experience was first class from the moment we stepped in to the property. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality construction of the property was excellent. We loved the location and ability to go a minute down the road to the YMCA for activities or in to town for restaurants and shopping. The location was quiet, aside from the gentle sounds of the river. We had elk walk by the river one morning. The river was too fast to fish this time of year but nice to hear and look at.

Long Weekend Getaway

This house is exactly as it is advertised. The location is great, easy to get to Estes Park in just a few minutes. The river view was beautiful, and opening the windows we could hear birds and rushing water. Check out was a breeze, no extra cleaning like some places have you do, just some basic tidying up. Tamara was very quick to respond to messages, and helped us get back an item that was left behind. I would say the only downside was that we had two large SUVs and backing out was a little tricky. We should have utilized the overflow parking more, there are steps right to the house from it.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, it had a nice layout of the rooms, and was close to family- accessible activities. The home was equipped with a baby crib, kitchen staples, and bath toiletries. We recommend this place!

Perfect September Trip

This is a beautiful property. We felt as if we were living in a tree house. The owners have provided all that one needs for your stay. Watching the sun set over the Rockies while grilling dinner can't be beaten. You are an easy stroll away from the Big Thompson and hiking trails. Thank you for the memories. RB

Awesome!

This place was amazing. It was lacking nothing, and we loved the location. We played in RMNP during the day, and we enjoyed the cabin at night. The cabin was so clean and so well maintained, and it even had a phone charger in case someone forgot theirs. We will be back!

Great weekend for the family

The Kyle was perfect for a weekend in Estes for our multi generational family. Quiet, near the river and wishing short distance of RMNP and the town. It was very comfortable and well supplied. We loved it!

Week after Memorial Day 2024

We had a nice stay at Kyle Cabin. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook and bake with, and there was plenty of propane for the grill. There was also enough very nice soft towels for our entire group of 7, with some to spare. Having access to a washer and dryer allowed us to minimize the amount of clothes we needed to bring, which was so helpful. We loved being able to open the front windows and hear the sounds of the river in the living room. And the location was perfect. We could be at the Beaver Meadows Entrance to RMNP and downtown Estes within 10 minutes. Tamara was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. We would definitely stay again!

Kyle Cabin is amazing! Nestled among the trees with the river flowing nearby, it is beautiful inside and out. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to relax and enjoy all the amenities of this super clean, spacious, updated, and delightfully decorated home. Tamara's emails were efficient, friendly, and helpful. Beautiful cabin!

The cabin was everything and more that we could have ever dreamed of. It was so beautiful and Estes Park was a beautiful place to be in! We enjoyed the scenery and loved the local restaurants and visiting downtown. Great property with plenty of space

We what a wonderful stay at the Kyle cabin. The condo was spacious and very well maintained. The location was great, just far enough outside of downtown Estes Park to be peaceful but with easy access to everything. Kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials and it’s clear the property managers had given thought to the little things to make the stay more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a RMNP getaway

Clean, well-appointed property. We used it as a home base while we explored Rocky Mountain National Park for a couple days, and it was perfect - plenty of sleeping room, a good sized dining room table, and a convenient location. The living room isn't huge, but it comfortably sat 5 adults, and besides - you'll likely be spending more time out than in!

Great weekend getaway!

Girls 60th Birthday Bash

We were very excited to stay in Estes Park near the Rocky Mtn National Park. So the location was perfect! The place was very clean and well stocked. We loved the neighborhood, it has a stream running in front of it and you can hear it from deck and inside when windows are open. Tamara, our host, was spectacular w/ suggestions for the area!! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Wonderful vacation rental!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kyle Cabin. It was very comfortable and clean. We had all the linens, dishes, paper products, etc. that we needed. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there were either ceiling fans or floor fans for each bedroom (which I really appreciated having, in addition to the A/C, which also worked well for us). The property manager was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property for your vacation stay!

Excellent Property Excellent Location

We have never stayed at a property that had as good of stocked kitchen as this house. We do a family trip with kids and grandkids every year and so we cook a lot of our meals. This place had anything you wanted as for as cooking goes. The layout was great as you had three floors of sleeping arrangements which worked great for grandparent, kids, and grandparents. Would not hesitate to rent this location in the future or highly recommend it to others.

Unfortunately we were unable to utilize all of the home - since my son's family of 5 were unable come due to covid19 just prior to our scheduled arrival (they were going to be the key part of our vacation in Estes Park) The 3 adults were quite pleased with the home and including the appliances, kitchen utensils, spices etc. When returning to the home a deer was eating a bushes leaves about 6' from the garage and we watched from our car for several minutes which was about 2' from the deer.

Perfect rental for our trip

This was the cleanest rental I have ever gotten It was extremely comfortable and perfect for my family of 7 and parents. It had incredible access to hiking trails and was close enough up to all of the main points points of interest. But far enough that you felt like you were in the woods. We loved listening to the river at night. I would suggest this cabin to anyone visiting Estes!
