Mount Chiquita 10A is a luxurious 2BR/2BA condo with spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and Marys Lake. Just a stone's throw away from Marys Lake, it's a quick walk down to the shore for fishing or skipping rocks.
The open living area features a queen sleeper sofa, recliner, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and magnificent mountain views. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat six, a breakfast bar and everything needed for easy meal prep. The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.
The master suite offers a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious shower and two sinks. The guest bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom with large bathtub.
Mount Chiquita 10A will keep guests warm in the winter with a cozy gas fireplace, and cool in the summer with central AC. Accommodating up to six people, this lovely condo is the perfect mountain home away from home.
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, and additional hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

Quick Getaway for Wedding event

My husband and I stayed in 10A for our daughter's wedding in Estes Park in early November. It was perfect! The condo was immaculate, comfortable, and easy to use. The fireplace and hot tub are super simple to utilize with instructions listed clearly. The view was stunning; it never gets old to look at! The neighbors are close, but this is a corner unit condo which only allows for one neighbor, so it's not so bad. We hardly saw anyone while there; we were able to keep the blinds open and still felt private while enjoying the view. After driving around the area you will see that everyone has close neighbors, so in comparison, ours felt private enough. The shower in the Master Bedroom was great, never ran out of hot water. Parking was easy. Close to downtown Estes Park and RMNP entrance. I will defiantly stay here again when I return to the area. I would have had no concerns bringing my 5 & 6 y/o children here as well. Can't wait to do that!

Nice floor plan

The shower pipe in the small bathroom made a terrible noise every time. The blinds and lamps needed dusting. The small bed pillows are wore out and need to be replaced. Overall, it has a nice floor plan and has a great view. We liked that there were no steps. Would stay here again.

Great location

The location while wasn’t within walking distance but was east access to the park and downtown Estes. The location is a bit confusing to find the address but just took a few extra minutes. We did have an issue with the code to access the condo but phone was answered very quickly and the individual we spoke to was very nice and responsive. Would stay again. We also saw a herd of elk just outside the condo while enjoying the hot tub which was very cool!!!!!

Great location and Beautiful Views!! We were welcomed with a beautiful full double rainbow! We enjoyed our stay! We were able to enjoy views of the mountains and wildlife. The location was perfect for RMNP. Accommodations were comfortable, clean and perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. No complaints whatsoever! We enjoyed visiting RMNP and Estes Park.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The place was very clean and well stocked. Hot tub worked well, as did the community pool and hot tub. The property as a whole was quiet and easy to get to and from everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend this property.

We loved the view and the beautiful property. The hot tub is always a must for us. It’s awesome how the property includes a hot tube. We how the property has everything a home has including all cooking and silverware. We literally don’t have to bring anything because the property has it all. We come twice a year. Beautiful Location!

The condo was very nice, and great to have easy free parking in the lot outside. There were plenty of towels for both the hot tub and the shower, and they provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other toiletries. The cleaning fee is STEEP, but overall, worth it.
