Elk Haven is walking distance to downtown Estes Park, near The Stanley Hotel, nestled in the trees in a quiet neighborhood. The condo offers two floors of comfortable living space with great mountain views.
The main floor open living space includes a living area with plenty of comfortable seating to settle in near the fireplace, and enjoy a movie, or enjoy the view out of the back windows. The sofa is a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen has everything you need to create great shared meals while chatting with friends and family at the counter top bar, with seating for four. You can enjoy meals at the kitchen bar, or at the cozy table perfect also for playing games together. There is also a powder room off of the open living area. Access to the two car garage is off of the living areas.
The upper floor features three bedrooms, two full baths. The first upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed, and the second bedroom has a full/double bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with bath tub shower combo located in the upstairs hallway. The third bedroom is a master bedroom with a brand new king bed with adjustable position mattress with remote, and an attached private bathroom with a jetted shower tub combo. Enjoy access to the private deck and mountain views from the master bedroom. The master bathroom also has a full size washer and dryer to make doing laundry more convenient. One of the guest bedrooms, and the master bedroom, each have a flat screen TV. Enjoy your mountain vacation and create great memories at Elk Haven!

Elk Haven is a 10 min walk to the Historic Stanley Hotel and Safeway Grocery Store.
It’s 1.3 miles to downtown Estes Park and 3.4 miles to the Beaver Meadows Entrance at Rocky Mountain National Park.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Great location

We loved the location for its easy access to RMNP and Estes Park downtown. Views of the mountains are incredible from the owners suite and we loved seeing the daily wildlife around the property.Only suggestion would be for new chairs on the balcony!

As others have noted the decor,paint and furniture are dated and don’t reflect the mountain setting. The steep stairs to bedrooms were difficult to use due to being carpeted reducing the size of the step. No bedside lamp or nightstand in one bedroom, broken shades and no views for two bedrooms and only one view downstairs. Bathrooms and kitchen functioned. TV confusing with no instructions. Plus side was the location to downtown and the Stanley Hotel. The unit was clean, the washer dryer worked and the enclosed garage was nice with access to the kitchen.

Main floor. We missed having windowa and doors that didn't open so we couldnt enjoy the mountain breezes and smells. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Was unfortunate that the ice maker in the freezer didn't work. A floor lamp by the couch would have been nice. Bedrooms wwre nice.

Unless you are a family of 6 with only 2 adults and 4 children the accommodations are very inadequate. SMALL beds, dining area that barely seats 4. Closed off with absolutely NO outside access. If you're looking to enjoy the surrounding Rocky Mountains this place is not for you,

Nice place to stay, plenty of room. Covered parking with the garage as well. Not too far of a walk to downtown, but the road down is narrow with no sidewalk.

Lovely

Very nice condo located in a small enclave of like condos above Estes Park Colorado. Near shopping, but felt like you were "in the woods". Was just the right size for our group of 7. Check-in and out were simple and we had no issues at all with the lodging.

Cozy Winter Cabin

This is a spacious condo. The upstairs bedrooms have room for all of the people! We loved the view out the bathroom window in the main suite. We also loved the fireplace as we were staying there in January. We would have loved to have a vacuum or a broom to clean up after ourselves as we were there with two kiddos and definitely had some spills that we had to clean up by hand.

Wonderful location in Estes Park!

This property was perfectly located near downtown Estes Park. We had spectacular mountain views right from our bedroom window! The condo was spacious, clean and well maintained. We would visit this property again!

Epitome of Estes

This spacious condo is perched on a hill above the Stanley Hotel. It has excellent access to all roads and downtown. View from master bedroom of NP peaks is inspirational. Garage was great when snow was flying. Saw wild turkey and deer out the diningroom window daily.

Peaceful neighborhood with stunning views

The check in was pretty turnkey
we just tried the front door first and then found that the code worked on the back door. The tub in the spare bathroom drained very slowly. We were not sure which remote to use on the television!

The property manager is very responsive and helpful. The townhome is a short drive to town and good base for RMNP. We enjoyed staying in this clean, quiet, functional and comfortable home. Master bedroom is large with walk-in closet.

Great location

Our family of 4 adults and 4 teens stayed here for one week. Great location with beautiful mountain view. It's in a condo complex. Close to grocery store, Rocky mtn np, downtown, lake estes. Beds were comfortable. No AC or it wasn't working (?) but kept windows open at nite and it cooled down. Owner has a fan in master bedroom and queen bedroom that we used and was appreciated. We brought one other from home; middle bedroom ( full size bed)can get warm ( in july). Ceiling fans are present. Kitchen fully equipped. Plenty of space and sitting room for all of us. Gas grill in garage. Nice having a garage to park and store coolers etc.. no outdoor patio or seating area but has a balcony off master bedroom with 2 chairs. Has washer/dryer( not coin operated as listed. Free to use). Only negative was floors were dirty( I scrubbed kitchen floor when we got there ) and carpets are in need of a good steam cleaning, but livable. All linens and towels provided. Would stay here again.
