It is within an easy walk across the parking lot from the condo. The Stoneybrook Golf Club and amenity center is approximately 1 mile from the condo.



Stoneybrook in Estero is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately outside the community you will find the Miromar Outlet shopping center with abundant outlet stores and dining options. Next door is the Hertz Arena home to the Florida Everblades and the areas premiere concert and entertainment venue.



Just a short distance from Stoneybrook is Florida Gulf Coast University, Bonita Beach, Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva Islands; to the south is the luxurious town of Naples.

This property is approximately 11 miles from RSW International Airport, 5 miles from FGCU, and 13 miles from Bonita Beach Park.
