« We wanted a relaxing week at the beach and we got just that. We loved the location and the condo. There were plenty of restaurants within a few miles and we found three seafood restaurants that we liked. We liked the Fort Myers area. It has recovered from the hurricane damage. The condos and hotels not yet open look like they are nearly finished with renovations. We look forward to returning for another beach vacation. »

« This is not a unit I would rent again. It desperately needs new flooring. We had to wear our shoes inside because the carpets were very old and dirty. The dishwasher was left full of dishes from the previous stay. There was a used bar of soap left in the master shower. »

« Wonderful little place to stay! Walk to Vanderbilt Beach is very close. Only downfall is construction and street closure. We left for the day so it wasn’t an issue for us. Would recommend! It was perfect for us! »

The icing on the cake was the availability of very nice beach accessories: chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, etc. Indicates that this owner is conscientious and knows what he's doing. The unit has absolutely everything you need to enjoy and week or two at the beach, including sharp knives for good cooks and plenty of laundry detergent.
