Enjoy unforgettable days in our apartment “Palladio 73” on the Mediterranean in Andalusia in a dreamlike setting and incomparable views of the coast of Morocco and the Bay of Gibraltar. Not far from the Andalusian hot spots “Marbella” and “Puerto Banus” it is a oasis of relaxation and comfort far from the tourist hustle and bustle.

Our apartment is located in the second row of the security-monitored holiday resort “Dominion Beach” in approx. 50m meters from the beach on the “New Golden Mile” beach section of the Costa del So. The nearest town is the Andalusian port town of “Estepona”, which is approx. 5km away.

With its generous 140 square meters of living space, the apartment offers a high level of holiday comfort for up to 6 people. It includes three guest rooms with double beds and built-in wardrobes, a spacious living room with dining table, sofa corner, fireplace and desk, a large kitchen (equipped with many electrical appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine), two bathrooms equipped with a bathtub, shower and bidet and toilet as well as a guest toilet. In the outside area of ​​the apartment you will find a spacious veranda, which can be reached from three rooms in the apartment. Directly above the apartment there is an exclusive roof terrace with a 360° view, which can be reached via the stairwell and is reserved exclusively for the use of our guests.

Tips for getting there:
Since the complex is located directly on the beach and therefore outside the cities of Estepona, San Pedro and Marbella, we definitely advise you to rent a car, as the nearby supermarkets are difficult to reach on foot. If you do not rent a car, we recommend that you take the direct bus from Malaga airport to Marbella and from there take another bus or a taxi. A direct taxi connection from the airport to Dominion Beach will cost you around €80.

Location description:
The Dominion Beach Resort is located approximately 25 kilometers south of Marbella. The nearest town is Estepona, which with its old town and a small fishing port offers a wonderful alternative to the hustle and bustle of the “Golden Mile” around Marbella. The Dominion Beach complex was built in the 1990s and is located directly on a kilometer-long, undeveloped beach. When visibility is good, the coast of Morocco and the imposing rock of Gibraltar appear on the horizon.
