Villa Casa Michael 8-bed for 24 near Puerto Banus

This fabulous Spanish villa and apartment with its secure gated entrance caters for all types of holidays - Families, large groups and corporate weekends.

The villa has an excellent location, halfway between Puerto Banus and Estepona.
The main villa can sleep up to 11 people and the attached guesthouse wing can sleep up to 9 people. 2 Additional single camp beds are also available where necessary to place in any of the larger bedrooms. Total comfortable capacity of up to 20/22 people
8 bedroom complex:-
The Main Villa comprises 4 Superking Bedrooms (all ensuite shower with the master bedroom incorporating a jacuzzi bath). One of the king bedrooms also in incorporates a twin pull out bed.
There is a large Living Room with Sky Television, Kitchen-Dining area fitted with all modern appliances, Laundry Room with Washing machine. Sliding glass doors from the Living area lead on to the fantastic spacious patio area which has a large dining table, BBQ area and sofas for lounging during siestas. The garden provides for a large group with its numerous sun loungers and large grass area, perfect for kids to play. Oranges, Limes, Lemons, Mangoes and Avocados fill the fruit trees.
The adjoining self catering newly refurbished Guesthouse wing also contains 4 Super King Bedrooms (all ensuite shower rooms). It also has a small kitchen. The apartment has its own terrace opening onto the garden area.
The private pool is very large by Spanish villa standards measuring 6m wide x 12m long. The shallow end is approx 0.65m deep gradually reaching approx 2.5m at the deep end. The pool can be heated in winter at an extra cost upon request.
Guests have access to the whole villa excluding the detached outdoor garage, indoor locked laundry room and two locked closets

Benavista is the centro commercial area within 1km walk of the villa. It has many fabulous restaurants, cafes and kids themed bar with play area football pitch - perfect for the long summer evenings :)
La Grappa (Italian), Masala (Indian),Golden Sun (Chinese), Neli G's gastro café, Pancho Villa (Mexican), Victoria and Albert bar, The Doghouse bar and Los Arcos (Family kid friendly bar) are all nearby fabulous hot spots!
The Villa has a fabulous location exactly halfway between Estepona and Marbella town. Both towns are just a short drive away and have so much to offer. Puerto Banus is a 7 mile journey and Marbella a 10 mile journey.
The local area of El Paraiso has the benefit of 4 of the hundreds of Costa golf courses practically on the doorstep - El Paraiso Golf (18 hole course), Atalaya Park (18 hole course x 2No) and Guadalmina (18 hole course). Benavista is the local commercial area at the foot of the El Paraiso hills and is a 0.6 mile walk from the villa. Here you will find many restaurants and even some renowned famous Marbella eateries such as De Medicis by La Fiorentina (Italian), Peggotys Fish and Chips), Los Alcaria de Ramos (Spanish & International),The Golden Sun (Chinese). Benavista caters for all types of food tastes. There are lots to choose.
The beach is also a short walk and very pleasant. The closest beaches are Benamara and El Saladillo. Benamara is 1 mile and approx 15 minutes walk from the villa. You can also travel by car to El Saladillo Beach in approx 5mins and make use of La Antigua or Pepes Beach Bars and bed hire for the day!
The closest town is San Pedro and it is home to Cable Ski - which is a great outdoor activity for those with a bit of adventure! Canyoning/Abseiling is available in the nearby village of Benahavis.
For kids...young and old, there is the fabulous Selwo Aventura (Safari Park) which is 4.5 miles from the villa and about an 8 minute drive. Water Parks can be found in Mijas, Torremolinas and Algeciras. Benalmadena lies host to Tivoli World (a fabulous fun park), Selwo Marina (Dolphin Park) and Teleferico (Cable Cars to Mountain top). Fuengirola has a zoo. Gibraltar is approx 40mins drive and is famous for its tax free shopping and wild monkeys! Tarifa is also close to Gibraltar and hugely famous for kite surfing.
The local Supersol supermarket also has an indoor kiddy area called Kids Kingdom which has playframe, ball blasters and cafe. Perfect for a break from the hot sun. Galaxia is another kids indoor area located behind the nearby Guadalmina Supersol. For the shoppers there is an abundance of fabulous shops and malls. Puerto Banus has plenty of designer shops along the marina and around the square and also hosts El Corte Ingles shopping center. Marbella has the La Canada shopping centre and Fuengirola also has a large shopping centre. Spain is also famous for its street markets. There is almost one on every day in various towns throughout the costa. Most of them offer the same goods. Puerto Banus on Saturday mornings from 10am-2pm is normally the busiest and Estepona on Sundays is also popular! Beach Clubs are in abundance. Puerto Banus is approx 10min drive and lies host to the more famous ones...Ocean Club, Sala Beach and Plaza Beach. Elviria has the famous Nikki Beach.
For the night owls, Puerto Banus and Marbella are both the hot spots when the sun goes down. Both are a short taxi run away and offer restaurants, nightclubs, and even some late night shopping. Estepona is also popular but more local/Spanish crowds. The local Ferias (Spanish for Festivals!) always attract a great number of people and they are on throughout the Costa at various times throughout the year and definitely worth a visit! Puerto Banus bullring also brings many concert performances during the summer months by popular artists. The nearby village of Benahavis also provides a nice drive and is filled with restaurants which get busy in the evenings.
The whitewashed village of Mijas too is worth seeing with its donkeys and spanish streets. Marbella Town is a beautiful spot and the old part of the town where Orange Square lies is very quaint and picturesque. All theses places are worth a visit. For some Winter Sun a trip to the Sierra Nevadas ski resort also provides great entertainment and fun!
The major highway network at Benavista links the property with the whole of the Costa Del Sol. There are public buses that stop regularly and run in the direction of both Estepona and Marbella. With so many activities throughout the whole coast this is an excellent way to get to them if you don't have a car.
200 electrical units per week are included in your stay. Each unit outside this bundle is charged at 30c/unit. A meter reading is taken upon arrival and upon departure. This just ensures that air conditioning units are not left on constantly
