« I booked a walk in shower because of hip surgery. They did not have a room on the first floor but they were able to find one on the secone floor. I was also expecting a bell boy to help me with my luggage. There was none. »

« Very friendly staff and the airport shuttle service easy and convenient. Lobby area clean and inviting, but the building and rooms overall are showing their age and in need of a rehab. The hallways were cavernous with low ceilings, the rooms drab. Room was clean and tidy, just in need of some updates. I would have given 3 stars, but the friendly staff and shuttle driver bumped it up to a 4. »
