« The hotel was very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was large. We appreciated that they let us check in a little early.
There was no microwave or coffee pot in the room. You have to go to the lobby for hot water or coffee or to use a microwave.
Also shower gel was empty in the shower and no bar soap. »

« The staff was very very unfriendly . When checking in was not informed when breakfast was served . There really was no verbal exchange except “ fill in this info of your vehicle and sign here” “ your room is on second floor. The elevator is down this hall”
When taking showers in morning there was a high pitch whistle sound when water was on.
NOT RELAXING!!!! When checking out and telling the front desk person, his response was
“Thank you for telling me of that . Will get someone to fix...

« The property is old and needs to be updated. We turned the heater on and the sulfur smell n the room was disgusting. Will never stay there again. The staff was great it had nothing to do with them. »
