« The person at the desk was super nice and so I almost don’t want to say anything bad. I picked the place because of the pool and hot tub, but when we got there they were out of order, I showered at night and the water took a long time to sort of warm up to slightly warm. My husband wanted to shave in the am and again the water never got warm enough to shave. Breakfast server was again, very nice and very hard working. »

« These thieves wouldn’t cancel my reservation , although I called them the next minute. Expedia and the property paid pingpong & stonewalled me . I will move to booking dot com for all my future bookings. Ps. Expedia did reach out with a 300 $ , but I still had to eat the 130 $ expense »
