« Banquet hall was across from our room. Was told it would quiet down about 930-1000. At 11pm it got quieter and then the loud cackling start in the bar directly below our room and continued past 230 am. We were traveling and I had the worst nights sleep. The restaurant was closed due to the holy Catholic school fundraiser booking it out. They just didn't book out all the rooms and I was tormented. « TV not operable and no working remote. Three different staff members “troubleshot” with a pile of remotes for a totally different brand TV. Heating/AC unit broken and inoperable. We’re given a completely different style room that we paid for. Site said hot tub, not one at location. Pubic hair (3 in shower, 1 on bathroom sink) and urine under toilet seat.
