« The room was clean, there were plenty of towels, I really did enjoy the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion. I have very sensitive skin and forgot to pack my face wash so I used the makeup remover wipe and that was very nice too. The breakfast was good and there were lots of choices. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I woke up with a horrible crick in my neck from the pillows and hip pain, there was a dog barking incessantly outside our window (we were on the third floor)...

« Good location, free parking. Good staff. Great room. But the conditioner bottle was completely empty and the hair around the empty conditioner bottle made me wonder how long it had been empty. Other than that, it was nice. I recommend better soap. »
