The staff was super helpful and very friendly. Room was clean and hotel was quiet, in convenient location. Room was also renovated and looked much better than the pictures. Would definitely stay here again!

I specifically asked for a quiet room away from ice machines and highway noise. I was given a room closest to an intersection with 2 US highways. Initially, I did not notice the noise, but after going out for dinner in the evening and while trying to read, it was rather loud. I did not feel that it was worth the effort to change rooms after I had unpacked and settled in. Overall, a clean but dated property. Staff is friendly, but a very poor decision on room placement.

The stay wasn’t horrible. The staff checking us in were very nice and polite. Room was nice and clean. Jacuzzi worked great. The fireplace worked for a bit then stopped working. Let the front desk know. The guy looked at it couldn’t get it to work. Said he would talk to his boss and let us know. Never got back to us.

Was listed as having a restaurant on site. Restaurant was closed with the only food option a frozen pizza at the downstairs bar. No elevators on site. The pizza was good but not my first option.

The only issue we had was that the heat in our room did not work. I called the front desk and the man working that evening took us to look at a couple different rooms to choose one that had the heat working. He was very accommodating.

The only staff i dealt with was the front desk and he was friendly and professional. The room was clean, quiet, and i felt safe. It wasn't top of the line, the toilet tank would run every 5 minutes or so, the light bulbs were mismatched and had to hunt for plug ins to charge my phone, but it was very clean and quiet.

This hotel is a great location for experiencing the town of Escanaba and the nearby park. It was decorated beautifully for the fall season. It appeared that we were in a newly renovated room. All worked well except for a slow drain in the shower which we meant to report upon leaving. There was a Tesla supercharger nearby which allowed us to travel around the UP and visit Marquette and Pictured Rocks with no EV range anxiety. It made our first trip to the UP a very enjoyable one.

Nice hotel. Will stay there again if bar & resturant reopen. We checked before booking to be sure if there was a bar & restaurant. Their website says there is. But we hen we arrived we were told both closed during Covid ( nearly 3 years ago) and did not reopen.
