Best ever...
The best VRBO that we have ever rented. Completely satisfied with this property. It's VERY hard to please me in terms of cleanliness; but, I had zero complaints. My compliments to Amanda and Melani on their attention to detail and obvious pride in the home. Communication was great, location perfect, washer and dryer appreciated, and hot tub delightful. And, a big thank you for the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - a few less things to pack. Would not hesitate to stay again.

This was a perfect for for our family of 5!
Place was clean and well stocked! We had everything we needed. Great space for us and we were within walking distance to 2 great restaurants. Pub next door had great food and drinks. Kids arent allowed in due to Utah laws but we ordered take out for kids and they loved it.

Excellent home stay
House is in the middle of Escalante. Home is large, roomy, well equipped and comfortable. Hot Tub on back deck was an added treat. Highly recommend.

Great central location - just like home
We will be staying here again next time we visit the area. The house was clean and very comfortable. Small details were found everywhere, from the comfortable bedding, disney channel, tea kettle to the full ice cube trays. Very easy to get in and out and the hot tub was a favorite!

Perfect location, perfect stay
Everything you see is as advertised. This house has been one of our favorites for the ease of settling in. It is behind the 4th street Pub. Do not let this steer you away; we did not hear anything and it became a favorite place to go after slot canyon hikes and horseback rides. And after a day of adventure. the hot tub under the stars is divine.

Our family of 2 adults and 2 children loved this home. It was convenient for exploring the Monument and close to restaurants and stores in town. Great bathrooms, kitchen and laundry facilities. The room with twin beds and the hot tub were a plus with kids. Super comfortable and cozy- we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Comforatble and great location
The house is very well-equipped and homey. We used it as a home base for riding our motorcycles over to Bryce one day (50 mi) and to Capitol Reef another day (70 mi). Route 12 is a very scenic ride. You can easily walk to several restaurants, and the grocery store is pretty close, too. That said, it is not really in a scenic or private location, so its best used as a base for other activities. One hint: if you intend to use the hot tub, check the temperature early in the day. We went to use it after hiking and found it was set to 94 degrees. It heats up very slowly.

Very nice, superclean and comfortable house for whole family of 4. Good location close to pub, organic grocery store etc, all in walking distance. Had all we needed and Amanda was extremely helpful. We really enjoyed our time and hope to come again!!

Great place to stay in order to explore Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. 1 min walk to probably the best place to eat in town, Circle D Eatery. Very clean.

Very clean and cozy. A good place to relax. Comfortable beds. All the comforts of home. A little noisy a couple of nights from inconsiderate neighbors, but that couldn't be helped. Overall it was a great experience, and one of the better places we've stayed.

Perfect spot to enjoy all the great hikes in the area!
Great find. Plenty of room for two couples, with all the amenities we could ask for. The hot tub was perfect after a full day of hiking, and cool restaurants/stores within easy walking distance. Highly recommend.

Great Home
My husband and I were very comfortable in this lovely home. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. If we wanted to eat out or pick up a meal, a variety of restaurants were within walking distance. The hot tub was so nice to use when sore muscles from hiking needed to relax! Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Escalante area. There’s so much beauty to see!

This house is by far the best option when staying in Escalante! It was spotlessly clean, well laid-out, spacious and comfortable. The bedding and bath amenities were of high quality. The jacuzzi was perfect after hiking. Escalante is paradise for outdoor lovers, especially hikers.

Escalante Nights is a fantastic base for exploring the amazing outdoors of this region! The home was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We stayed four nights in October— the days were warm, the nights chilly, and the home was comfortable throughout. The home is walking distance from great restaurants, groceries, and outfitters. After days hiking or canyoneering, Escalante Nights was the perfect retreat!

Basic but comfortable in convenient location
The house is in a convenient location for hiking the Grand Staircase/Escalante area, and not far from Bryce Canyon. It had the basics for cooking, two big TV's, and good wi-fi. The AC worked well, and the hot tub was a big plus after a long day of hiking.

High desert getaway
Everything was as advertised. The only physical note was that the door lock leading to the outdoor wood deck seemed to be stuck or jammed. Probably some WD40 will remedy that. We just used the back door instead. We liked all the thoughtful touches around the house. The neighborhood is also peaceful for evening walks around town.
