4 days in Erzurum.
Good hotel for ski, a little bit far away from the city. Food is nice and the hotel will do good with a good revamp. But overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Staff are really friendly and helpful, on the last day the hotel/airport transfer almost made us mis our flight, but it turned out ok in the end

We went to Erzurum/Palandoken as a family of 5 for skiing. Palan Otel was perfectly located in between every skiing course at Palandoken. Unlike Europe where you pay for a single ski pass and get to ski in every course possible, at Palandoken there are 3 options which costs around 12 euros/day/person. So having the option to close to all of the possibilities was a great plus, we get to choose on which course to ski at the start of every day, bought the pass and made the best out of our holiday. Palan Otel is a 4 star hotel and was very reasonably priced. The food at the hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpfull and accomodating. It was a great 3 night ski holiday for us and we will definetly be back next year for 7 nights.

ir was ok staff were friendly and polite but barely speak english...the hotel was cl3an our room the flash tank in bathroom was out of order
