I’m sorry you need instructions for everything. The house is set at standard room temperature. If that’s too cold for you there is a self explanatory thermostat on the wall - up arrow increases the temp and the low arrow decreases the temp. The television worked the way it should. You called at 9pm saying you can’t get “main channels” - it’s a smart tv that works on apps and internet. It’s not a cable tv which I explained to you. You were able to watch your apps and still you complained. The internet worked and even if the server was down there is nothing I can do without speaking with the internet server in the morning. The stairs has railings I don’t what you mean by “the top of the stairs has no railings” the extension cords all have extra sockets - why would you need a “direct socket”? You sound like an elderly demented person who loves to complain about everything. You and your family are definitely not welcome back in my house. Some people just can’t be pleased.
