« It’s a beautiful property, lots of agriculture & a large statue of Christ is on it as well. The biggest issue I had was the no hot water & the shower not draining while water pooled outside the shower behind my toilet as well. I really wanted it to be a great stay, but the WiFi didn’t reach my room, it’s only available by the main building or in the dining & game area. « I booked this hotel based on its advertised location in Envigado, which is known for its convenient access, warmer climate, and overall desirability. Unfortunately, this information was misleading. The hotel is actually located in Rionegro, which is a completely different area with a colder climate and a less convenient location for travelers expecting to stay near Envigado and Medellín. Had the true location been clearly stated, I would not have made this reservation. Accurate location...

« The room was very clean and neat and spacious for myself. The kitchen has a microwave which I like. It's located in a safe neighborhood and walking distance to a huge shopping mall and metro station as well »

« Place was nice but the washer/dryer combo took forever. Water in the shower was luke warm i didn't call in site that can be fixed. It got down into the 50's and no heat. Bring a blanket! »
