« This property had plenty of comfortable bedrooms. It was neat, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen and living areas were perfect for our group (two dishwashers and two refrigerators). The game room was also a fun bonus. The check-in and check-out process was quick and simple, as well as the property gate entry system. Overall a great stay in a great place. »

« Roy is the gentleman that owns the rental and he was extremely Hospital and easy to work with we didn't have any issues except we couldn't figure out a code to the Roku TV and Roy called the maintenance man right down who lives locally and he was extremely helpful the place is beautiful very neat very clean the Linens were clean I can say that we are all very happy with this rental and will be sure to rent it again if it's available »

« House was close to all the things we wanted to do while in Florida. The bedrooms were nice and spacious as were the bathrooms. Pool area was great and perfect place to relax after sightseeing all day. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors we spoke to were all very nice! Great place to stay for our family! »

« Stayed over a very hot week the AC kept up to the heat.The unit was very nice, we used up every space for the 7adults,2kids, & 1 infant.The rooms were good, and had what we needed. I would recommend this unit is more suitable for a group of 6-7 people than the 10 of us. »

« This place did not disappoint. The amenities were amazing. The home was clean didn't need to go out and get anything. The only issue we had was the TV not working but we were on vacation so really did without. Amazing communication with the host he was on top of everything!!! I would recommend 9.9 »

« The house is nicely appointed. We had issues with 2 of the beds. The slats are not braced ,so when you sit on the bed they move .My sister and son thought they broke the beds. Maintenance came to "fix" the problem. We also had 1 slow draining bathtub on the 2nd floor that was never repaired. We reported it 2x. If you are cooking alot you may have to bri g your own pots and or pans. I went to goodwill for a frying pan. If you are staying for more than a night or 2, you will have to...

« Nice little home situated close to Disney & Universal Studio Parks .. Drive to parks were within minutes & back to house ! Just want we wanted .. The house was as clean as anyone could ask for . The Beds were very comfortable, making for a good nights sleep before you head back to the Parks ! The kitchen had everything you need cook a good meal.. and all the appliance were new . "Hébergement parfait nous y avons séjourné avec nos 2 enfants pendant 4 jours et en sommes partis avec regrets, propre, calme, très bien équipé (machine à laver et sèche linge dans l'appartement) piscines, jacuzzi et parc pour enfants au pied de l'immeuble. À proximité de tout avec navette gratuite pour les parcs DisneyWorld et Universal. Seul bémol nous avons demandé à plusieurs reprises un sachet de lessive qui nous a été promis 3 fois mais que nous n'avons jamais eu. Nous y séjournerons surment de nouveau pour notre prochaine venue."

"Un grand condo avec toutes les commodités. En plus, on peut aller au resto en marchant. Plusieurs restaurants de tous les styles. Le personnel est toujours souriant et à nous aider au besoin. Le condo se trouve à moins de 10 minutes de Disney World ce qui était pour nous un must. "
