Todd & Andy McKee, The McKee Brothers, own and operate the Litch Hotel which is part of Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals. They both live in Wallowa County, near Enterprise and are available to be onsite quickly if a need arises.

NOISE CONSIDERATIONS:
đNOISE CONSIDERATIONS: The Litch hotel is old and wasnât built with modern soundproofing. You will hear sounds from adjacent units, whether above, below, or next door, as well as footsteps and movement on the stairs and in the hallways. Note this unit is adjacent to a main 2nd floor staircase. Most of our guests are consciousness which allows everyone to have a nice time.
The Litch is designed for families, couples, and friends looking for a comfortable and fun place to relax after enjoying all that Wallowa County has to offer. However, if youâre looking for a place to have a bachelor party or kegger, this isnât the right venue. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where all guests can enjoy their stay without excessive noise from others. Most guests are consciousness which allows everyone to have a great time. Occasionally a loud knucklehead will stay next door. We ask all guests to be mindful of the noise they make especially during stated quite hours so all guests can fully enjoy their time here. đ„”SAUNA DISCLOSURE: The Rosy Peak unit you have reserved has a sauna for your private use. Use of the sauna is at guestsâ sole risk. Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals makes no representations or warranties concerning the use of the sauna. Guests must be cautious using the sauna. Guests must be fully aware that the sauna can be dangerous and may result in injury or death. Pregnant women should not use the sauna. NUMBER OF PETS: A maximum of 3 pets allowed per reservation. Notify us at booking or as soon as possible if there are any changes. đČPET FEE: A non-refundable fee of $30 per night for each pet is required, including for ESAs. This fee will be billed separately about a week before your visit. BEHAVIOR AND ACCOMMODATIONS: Pets must be leashed in common areas, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and must not be left unattended in the unit. CLEAN UP: Owners must clean up after their pets; supplies are provided under the kitchen sink for indoor mishaps. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY: Guests are financially responsible for any damage or incidents caused by their pets. Owners will not be held liable for injuries or damages.

đBEDS: Our beds include medium-firm memory foam mattresses, which most guests love but occasionally a guest finds too firm.
đčSECURITY: A video doorbell is in place on the exterior of the entrance.
đȘENTRANCE DETAILS: This unit's front door opens directly onto the main thoroughfare in Enterprise. Blinds provide complete privacy and street noise has not been a significant concern to past guests.
đȘVENTILATION: This condo doesn't have any windows that can be opened. We account for this in 3 ways, 1) a ductless AC/Heat mini split, 2) ceiling fan and 3) an air purifier.
đ§șWASHER/DRYER: there is no washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat about 2 blocks away and you we offer a wash/fold service as well (Details available in our guidebook).

My best friend and I stayed here for our friends wedding in Joseph. Location was super convenient. Parking was a breeze and instructions to find the unit were perfect. Everything was clean and the couch was surprisingly so comfortable! Todd was very communicative and responsive to all my questions.
Loved the theme design, full kitchen, and central access to all the hiking, biking, horseback riding the Wallawaâs have to offer. When we arrived they had the diffuser running with a welcoming scent. Canât wait to see what the next condo is like. Looking forward to visiting again.

The property was very cute and we loved the ski theme. The lift chair swing topped it off. Nothing to not like. Very unique. Highly recommend this place.
This is one of my favorite VRBOâs Iâve ever stayed in. It is themed for skiers & snowboarders - and has amazing attention to detail from the snowboard shelves to the hand painted trail maps and landscapes on the wall. The lofted space was amazingly comfy - some of the best sleep Iâve gotten in a vacation rental.
We visited Enterprise for a concert at the OK Theatre, we found this listing that was nearby and looked way better than any of the hotel options. We hit the jackpot with this rental. What an awesome location in the heart of downtown Enterprise, close to great food, bakery's, and entertainment. This rental had a ski theme, which was so well done, we couldn't stop exploring the little details both obvious and somewhat hidden. Big details like the awesome ski lift swing, and the great ski run mural. Little details like the ski pole toilet plunger :) and coat hook skis. We peeked into the windows of the neighboring units to see all the different themes. This is seriously the coolest idea I've ever seen and such a great use of a historic space. We will for sure be back. If you're like us you'll take a lot of pictures and tell all your friends about this place, it's truly a unique experience. Well done!!
