Overall everything was great, just some minor inconvenients. The parking area is extremely tiny and limited to certain amount of cars, and its very annoying to get the staff to let you go in or out of the parking lot especially at very late hours. The restaurant prices aren’t good, you get very little food and medium quality for what you pay. I’ll recommend to eat elsewhere but not in the restaurant. Personally not a fan of that semidoors on the bathrooms, you quite doesn’t have privacy. Good if you travel with your partner, but if it’s a friend group or family, will not recommend this hotel just because of the bathroom doors. Finally, the TV doesn’t work that well, it’s better to bring a laptop and a HDMI. Everything else is great.

I like the hotel it self i just didnt like that i reserved a king bed and when i git there staff told me they did not have any more king size bed!!!

Beds were very hard woke up with body aches every morning. Noice level was to high outside the room you could here everything including people walking in the hallway. Disappointed with the limit breakfast.

Very nice rooftop pool Food is average. The Club sandwich is the best! Our room had a funky order in it. The windows do not open so we were not able to have any fresh air to combat the smell. Other than that the hotel staff are sweet and free parking great! The views rom the pool spectacular

El hotel no está completamente terminado. El estacionamiento está en obra negra aun. Por lo que es insuficiente y te mandan a la propiedad de enseguida para que puedas dejar tu auto. Ademas, en la habitacion tienen espejos de doble fondo y creemos que es uy probable que espian a los huespedes.

The property is an unfinished hotel even though its fairly new theres a lot of broken tile all over you can here lots of noises and rooms are super small hard for a family stay beds super uncomfortable not a family hotel the free breakfast was very limited

El hotel es nuevo y en general las instalaciones me parecieron muy acogedoras, tiene áreas con vistas muy bonitas como la terraza, donde se encuentra la alverca, y el comedor. Lo malo es que no dice en su "desayuno incluido" que sólo incluye la "barra fría" (fruta, pan, queso, etc), no incluye ni un huevo, en el hotel con desayuno incluído más básico que me ha tocado te incluyen huevo, pero aquí tienes qué pagar $320 adicionames por un buffette que incluya todo o pedir a la carta. Si alguien viaja en familiar debe consoderar esto porque tendría qué hastar $1000 diarios (o más) por un desayuno decente. Yo sé que es un negocio pero no entiendo la idea de ofrecer cosas a medias con letras chiquitas para que después uno se vaya con una mala experiencia. Tampoco nos hicieron la limpieza en la habitación el último día de nuestra estancia. No sé qué tsn capacitado esté el personal pero tienen mucho qué mejorar. Las áreas aledañas estàn en construcción (incluyendo el estacionamiento del hotel), por lo que no hay mucho qué esperar en cuanto a servicios en las afueras del hotel.

Me encanto la estancia, el cuarto, la atención de primera la verdad, cada trabador que me veía me saludaba con una sonrisa, excepto por la chica del restaurante, la gente de la entrada súper atentos, no me gustó la vista, está horrible, tienen obras negras que estropean la vista al mar, y el estacionamiento está de peligro con esas aberturas en los pisos, tengo una hija de 2 años y considero que es un peligro inminente tanto para ella como para los demás niños que visitan está estancia, que por cierto había bastantes niños, creo que todo es mejorable, porque los felicito por todo en cuartos y servicio excepto repito en restaurante, gracias por tan lindo trato
