Location, Location, Location! This Gulf to Bay Condominium complex is a favorite of many looking to enjoy the beauty of Manasota Key. Conveniently located within walking distance to the island convenience store, beach apparel shop and restaurants with live entertainment.

A 1st floor(2bedroom) key(island) location with immediate access to a heated pool bay(fishing boat dock) with 2 minute walk to the beach. This is truly a favorite of many looking to enjoy Manasota Key because you are in the middle of it all. It is located within a short walking distance all the island restaurants, live entertainment, convenience store, excursion rentals, and local gift shop. The master bedroom has a king bed(50 TV), the guest bedroom has Queen bed (There is additional sleeping with sleeper sofa in living room and a futon on the lanai. The living room boasts a 70 TV and the kitchen with all new appliances and a large granite counter breakfast bar! The unit is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kids beach toys, coolers(ice packs) and everything you need to relax at the beach. Gas grills and coin operated laundry facilities are available on both bay and Gulf sides of the association community. Gulf beach access is directly across the street.

Maximum Occupancy/Gatherings: Our properties are in residential areas and are rented for personal vacation uses only. Each property has a specific maximum occupancy. Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted. Those that break this rule risk forfeiture of their security deposit, rental fees, and Sunburst is NOT a pet friendly community. Pets are strictly prohibited.

Please refer to the Terms and Conditions at the time you make your reservation. Damage Deposit will be collected with first payment and refunds processed within 30 days of departure. Please note the VRBO service fee is collected separately.
