Bright, lots of amenities and thoughtful details by the host
Brenda is a great host. The house is well stocked with so many thoughtful details for what a family with young kids could need. I get the feeling that she tailors her amenities and accommodations to each guest party as much as possible. I would definitely return.

Perfect and So Functional!
Literally could not find anything wrong with this property. It was spotless on arrival, the hosts are extremely thoughtful and attentive. There was everything you needed in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and bedrooms. We traveled with a 1 and 4 year old, the place is actually quite child safe and the hosts even set us up with a high chair and a pack and play and sound machines! The location is incredible, everything is within walking distance and it's essentially on the beach. There was a parking spot for our van in the carport and another behind it in the driveway and otherwise street parking was not an issue. No doubt I am staying here again next time we come to Encinitas.

Great beach retreat!
This is my first VRBO rental, and I could not have been happier. Everything was up to my expectations and beyond the rental property was clean and very maintain so that my visit in my time in the local area was absolutely relaxing. We were able to spend time downtown at the beach and in local areas in San Diego, I will definitely rent through BeachHaus Rentals again, and I’m looking forward to it!

Everything was great from start to finish! Perfect location. Walk to shops and restaurants and cliff overlooking ocean is a block away! Bring ear plugs to block out the train at night regardless where you stay in Encinitas.

Great location!
This rental has everything you need for a fantastic getaway. Easily walkable to everything Encinitas has to offer—beaches, restaurants, and shops. Parking off the street is convenient. And while it is close to everything, it was still quiet and peaceful at night. Loved our stay!

Best family spot for an amazing vacation!
We had the most amazing stay here. So well equipped, so comfortable, so bright and cozy, perfect for a family. We stayed here for a week with a 3, 6, and 9 year old and our small puppy. It was perfect. Can’t beat proximity to Encinitas main drag and walkability to beach! Hope we can return again!

Great Beach Getaway
Stayed here for a week long trip to San Diego. The place was great. Quick walk to the beach and all the bars / restaurants in Encinitas - all around great location. Apartment is clean and well appointed, check in process was smooth and easy and host team / communication was excellent. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place close to the beach in Encinitas.

This place was perfect for our week in San Diego. We wanted to be close enough to walk to the beach and also to town and this hit the spot!! This apartment was exactly as listed and sparkling clean. Cheery interior and everything we needed to enjoy our time in Encinitas. It does not have an ocean view but it was so close to the beach that it did not matter.

We loved staying at Ocean Oasis! The property is SO clean and updated. It had everything we needed for the beach. Our two kids ages 4 and 6 loved it and it was the perfect size for them. Walking distance to the beach and downtown Encinitas. Cannot recommend enough.

It was perfect!
We really enjoyed our stay and found that everything we needed was there. The location is conducive to walking and I got out for several sunsets. The managers were very responsive as we needed to extend our stay for a couple more days. A lovely respite!

Fantastic property located in the heart of Encinitas. Walking distance to everything and only one row back from the cliff makes for a great location. The interior was flawlessly decorated and appointed. Check in and out could not have been easier. Thanks for a fantastic short break.

We loved staying in this cute suite! We were traveling with our 1 yr old and this was a great place to stay. The location is brilliant - we walked everywhere. Brenda was very responsive and arranged for us to have an early check in and late check out to accommodate our flights. Recommended!

Wonderful Ocean Oasis!
Wow what a great place and location in awesome Encinitas! We had a great time with our 2 daughters, ages 8 and 11. From the amenities to the beach accessories and location, this place has it all. We walked to the beach, walked to dinner, walked to the shops, walked to coffee. We will be back again! Brenda was easily reached and responded quickly to our one concern regarding a boogie board. A new one was left at the Oasis by the next day! We also took their advice and grilled the Burgundy Tri-Tip on our last night - delish! Can't wait to return

Amazing!
We absolutely had the most relaxing, cozy time in Brenda’s place-Ocean Oasis. Everything was top notch and there were so many little details that make this little place extra special. Upon an easy arrival, was a bag of yummy ground coffee and a personal letter welcoming us. The decor and layout of our place was perfect. Clean, modern, colorful. The kids room with the bunk was perfect for our 4yo who still needs us to help her go to sleep. Double on bottom bunk made storytelling and snuggling easy. And she loved the room! Under the comforter of both beds are the cutest blankets that will make you smile. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill was fantastic. Their suggestions on local food and to-do’s were so helpful and right on point. We wish we had booked a longer stay. This really felt like a home away from home with an extra touch vacation luxury. Omg and plug ins for your devices on every bedside table! It’s the little things! We can’t wait to come back—this is our spot in Encinitas from now on! Thanks to the Brenda team for putting so much love and attention into their property and guests.

Just lovely!!
We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and have a wonderful time! It was 5 of us ( mom & dad + 3 girls) and it was very comfortable! Kitchen cute, clean and had all the cooking supplies one would need! We BBQ’d two nights and went out to eat one night. Location is great...walked to town many times and to the beach! Even Boogey boarded...they have 2! Parking was easy and the communication with owner was responsive! We will be back!

Excellent Mother’s Day experience!
We had the great fortune of staying here over mother’s day weekend. We love the accommodations and the location. Kitchen had everything we needed and the house was well equipped. Location was perfect for us as we walked to breakfast and dinner in downtown Encinitas both Friday and Saturday! I also enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the nice strolls on the sand. We will be back next year!

Gorgeous property, perfectly appointed, close to beach, we're coming back!
The recent remodel of this property is perfect - love the decor, killer location, the owners thought of literally everything a family could need (from home to beach needs), the outdoor shower is such a critical beach house touch, and truly our family wanted to move in permanently!!! My 5 yr old ran around the first day exclaiming, "I love Ocean Oasis!!" So did Mom and Dad! Our only issue was we that our stay coincided with some very hot temperatures/high humidity. The unit does not have AC which I didn't even think to check on when booking. Despite opening all windows and turning on fans, the thermostat in the apartment was reading in the high 70's/low 80s. We shared this issue with the owners and they acknowledged immediately and hopefully will be addressing for future renters.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this propert. It is very clean and in a wonderful location.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is very clean and has just about everything you need. Walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops etc. And about a five minute walk to the beach. Very friendly and attentive staff. If you need anything they will immediately respond to your needs. And, ask about surf lessons! ;)
