« The house was very clean, spotless and warm and cozy. Bedrooms were did not seem old, nice bedding. The house had a GREAT heating system, since we went in February. Dan communicates very quickly. »

« Property is clean. It is located close to the road so you can hear the traffic and trucks all night long if you are a light sleeper. The bed is VERY firm as well. The shower pressure is really good and the water gets hot— nice and relaxing after hiking and looking for elk. »

« Everything about this place was wonderful for us! We were there to see the Kinzua Bridge, Elk spotting and star gazing and this location was spot on. The amenities of the property made the vacation better than we imagined. The open field was huge bonus, beautifully surrounded with the fall foliage and stunning at night! « The linens need improvement they were of poor quality. The bathrooms tubs and showers could use updating and/or cleaning. The king bed and futon could be updated. adding hooks or bars to the bathroom walls would be helpful »
