Nice room, clean, comfortable. The problem was the very loud partying from the hotel - as it was a Saturday night, the noise was understandable but far too loud to sleep for several hours late into the night. Our room was ground floor close to the hotel’s outdoor area.

We weren't sure where to find the property, it wasn't very clear. I ended up having to walk in to the bistro who then had to walk me in to the restaurant where I had to wait for a while. It wasn't a drama, it just felt like it took a while to check in and the property not easy to find. Then once we had checked in, it wasn't very easy to find the carpark, perhaps typing out some instructions could help?

We were told by expedia that was a two bedroom unit but it was 1 bedroom. Not happy with misleading ads. Very noisy and people partying in the pub till 3 am. No hooks or anywhere in bathroom to have your towel hanged. Also would be good to have bedside lamp for night time. In all honestly, very disappointed with facility and mis information when booking on Expedia but staff were good.

average room, not a good location
The room was average but there was not enough parking for all the rooms which required us to park away from the main area, in a lane way. The hotel entrance was hard to find and not e\well lit.The location also has a lot of noise from other clubs in the area.

When checking in I was asked to pay for my booking again as there was some issue with the payment provided by Expedia. The staff were aware of this before my arrival yet made me spend 2 hrs trying to get the issue sorted. Staff should have contacted Expedia themselves as soon as they became aware. In room info invites you to visit their BWS and enjoy a drink in your room, however no glassware is provided to do so.

Did not like thd lsylit of the rooms. We had a 2 bedrrom apartment but the only toilet was the one in the onsuite which could only be accessed by going through 2nd bedroom. Also it would have been nice to have toilet paper supplied as this is expected in any accommodation. Would not reccommend this place to anyone and would not stay there again.

Overnight stay
An overnight stay which was quite good. One annoying aspect about the hotel was the sports bar with a variety of sports on screens but the only sound was music coming through the overhead speakers. Other than that it was a nice stay in Emerald.

The room was clean and check in was fine. We had 3 issues, the outside light controlled by the adjoining room lit up our room even past the curtains so it was a bit to bright to sleep. The aircon was way too small for the room( im saying maybe 27 degrees inside when its 32 outside and thats after removing the blocked aircon filter). The bathroom is tiny to the point where the towel rail is directly besides the toilet bowl. Had a decent size TV and usb ports in some of the power points which was nice. Comfortable Mattress and linen.

The bed was very comfortable. The tv and air con were great. There was a dead cockroach on the floor and some long black hairs and crumbs/ dust around the room. Service was friendly and the restaurant had a great spaghetti bolognaise which I had for dinner. Our room was next to the pub so it was a bit noisy at night.
